Host is responsive which made us booked this place. The location is inside of a private subdivision that makes us feel safe. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. House is spacious for our group of 9pax and still can accommodate more than. Very easy to talk with especially when we requested to have a late check out to accommodate us after our water rafting activity. Thank you for letting us in to your place. Till our next travel 🫶

Their place is really nice—clean, fragrant, and so far, they can cater to the basic needs of you and your partner. The internet connection and air conditioning are strong. They also have a refrigerator and Netflix, so you can chill and relax during your stay. The minor problem might be the gate; your partner or companion can't get in if they are outside and you have already fallen asleep, haha. But, I would still rate it 5 stars because the good experience of our stay far outweighs this minor issue. Thank you.

Second time staying in this place the host was very welcoming. The house was clean and had a great time with family. Only issue I had was that check out on Airbnb said 12pm and the staff came and told us to leave at 11 but I had no issues other then that it was ok .

Love the awesome view from the balcony!!! Great location, clean, quiet, and just a 10-15 mins walk to my next favourite spot, Limketkai Centre.

Everything you see and listed are in the unit. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 working air-conditioning, hot shower and nice comfortable bed. The place itself is cozy, with massive TV. Free drinking water is also available. Walking distance to 3 shopping malls where you can get anything you desire. Peaceful at night as it’s in the 16th Floor. This is great for family but also a cozy stay for couples.

Overall, the place was excellent! There are just a few areas for improvement: Clear instructions on check-in, available amenities, and any expectations before arrival (like a day in advance) would help guests prepare better. Bathroom: It would be great to have a mirror, more toilet paper, and hand soap. Complimentary drinks or snacks as a welcome gift would be a nice touch. These are just suggestions to make the stay even better, not negative comments.

It was an amazing stay at Tonnie Mae’s apartment! ☺️ The place is located in the heart of the city and very near to everything ( shops, restaurants , mall and etc ) Tonnie Mae is very helpful , friendly and response quickly with my queries and etc. It was a smooth guest - host transactions . Definitely a recommended place to stay .

Susie is very helpful and friendly. I really loved the caretakers of the property, they were very respectful and tried their best to help. The house has an antique vibe. It's really a good place to stay if your party consists of many people. A thing that future guests should know about the place is the area around the property, it has that slim vibe. I walked outside during night time and didn't have any problems though. I still felt pretty safe since the Barangay hall was very near to the property. Another small problem is the internet speed which was around 30mbps. I think it's fast enough for browsing casually, I think the host should get an upgrade to their plan since a speed of 100mbps only costs around ₱1,500 monthly in Parasat I think. Overall, I would say that the place is very worth it's price. ❤️ I will be booking again if given the chance.

We had a fantastic stay! The place is definitely worth the price—affordable and spacious enough to accommodate up to 10 people. We were just 3 guests, so we had the whole house to ourselves. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and the other room with the queen bed was perfect as well. The property is super quiet and peaceful, making it a great retreat. Internet was super fast, which was a big plus for us. The house was also spotless, very clean throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

We have 2 indoor cats with us and the place is just so perfect. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The place can also accommodate plenty of people comfortably. Overall a perfect place to stay if you have pets.

Raphael's place is the most unique AirBnB experience I've ever had. I needed a break of peace and quiet after several months of multiple huge crises in and around me... and this was perfect for that....a very simple cabin truly in the forest ... not a place for those looking for 5star accommodations or surrounding fancy restaurants or activities ... but a place to disconnect from all ... to hear from God's heart afresh. Raphael's father and mother and an awesome natural food cook, Neneng, treated us like family. The 1 km long hike down to the river was a refreshing exercise as well.
