Domeček POD KOSTELEM

Newly renovated 19th century manor house. The entire house with a separate entrance, a terrace with a grill and parking is available. The house has a convenient location in the center of Hluboká, less than 200 m from the square overlooking the church and 700 m from the castle. We would like guests to feel like they are visiting good friends, where they can, among other things, enjoy the comfort of our reading corner with a library in the alcove. Families with children are also welcome, and they can enjoy a cozy sleep on an elevated stage under the stairs on the site of the former furnace.

Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Fishing cabin with sauna

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, enjoy a quiet breakfast on a picnic blanket, a boat ride, and refresh yourself during the day under the solar shower or relax in the hamac overlooking the sunset. Newly you will also find a private wood-fired sauna – an ideal ritual for warming up your body throughout the day. In the evening, you'll be warmed up by a crackling fireplace or outdoor fire pit, while bats fly quietly overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Old Town Living Studio

Toto jedinečné útulné rodinné studio je ukryté v samém srdci historického centra Českého Krumlova. Situované je v přízemí autentického domu z 16. století. Interiér je zcela nově zrekonstruovaný s důrazem na detail, pohodlí a funkčnost. Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

A luxuriously equipped cottage for all who love unspoiled nature and still like to indulge in luxury accommodation. There is a spacious garden with a pergola and a terrace. In case of bad weather, you can sit in the lounge with a fireplace. Experience relaxation in a hot tub with a unique view (extra charge). The hot tub is located outside and is in operation from March 1 to October 31 (depending on current temperatures). We do not allow pets.
