Monthly Rentals in Cala Gat

Super nicely renovated old village house in second row from the harbour of Cala Rajada. Converted and furnished with a lot of taste. Minimalist and yet cozy. Perfect for relaxing. Radiates tranquility. Very clean. Great courtyard (patio) and indoor balcony, but no terrace with a view - as it belongs to a Mallorcan village house. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the waterfront, as well as to the fantastic small beach Cala Gat. Ideal for us, because everyone could do something independently and we were not always dependent on the car. Ideal for those who don't want a standard tourist hostel and yet not far from everything on a finca. We will definitely be happy to come back.

The apartment is wonderfully quiet and only a few minutes walk to the center with many restaurants, great vegetable shop, bars and a beach. On the other side you can walk directly to a beach through a grove in about 15 minutes. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The two bathrooms are pure luxury. Only one vegetable peel was missing and the wifi does not reach into the back rooms, which was not a problem for us. Since the terrace is covered, you can sit outside even in rainy weather. The neighbors on the right are very nice and communicative. Parking was also no problem and check-in and check-out super easy. We had a great time and would stay there again anytime. There were three of us in Cala Ratjada for four days and we were super satisfied with the apartment. The amenities and location leave nothing to be desired. Parking was also available nearby. Communication with Jan also worked very well and he was very helpful. So I can recommend the apartment to anyone.
