Monthly Rentals in Cala Ratjada

Mateu's house on the harbor of Cala Ratjada is just wonderful! Great room layout, lovingly and very stylishly furnished, the works of art by Mateu give the rooms a very special flair. The spacious patio was the center of our life, but also the morning coffee on the balcony, which is accessible directly from the master bedroom, was the perfect start to the day. The location is sensational, right on the harbor and a short walk from the sea and the picturesque Cala Gat. We enjoyed the sunny autumn days here very much and felt at home from the start. Communication with Mateu was straightforward and incredibly friendly, check-in and check-out were very flexible and easy. This place is very special, we certainly weren't there for the last time.

There were three of us in Cala Ratjada for four days and we were super satisfied with the apartment. The amenities and location leave nothing to be desired. Parking was also available nearby. Communication with Jan also worked very well and he was very helpful. So I can recommend the apartment to anyone.

The apartment is wonderfully quiet and only a few minutes walk to the center with many restaurants, great vegetable shop, bars and a beach. On the other side you can walk directly to a beach through a grove in about 15 minutes. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The two bathrooms are pure luxury. Only one vegetable peel was missing and the wifi does not reach into the back rooms, which was not a problem for us. Since the terrace is covered, you can sit outside even in rainy weather. The neighbors on the right are very nice and communicative. Parking was also no problem and check-in and check-out super easy. We had a great time and would stay there again anytime. A beautiful apartment right on the harbor, very centrally located. We didn't miss anything. If you rather like the tranquility, you should not use the apartment in the high season. We were in March 2025 and it was still quiet. Still, many restaurants were open. We were able to relax well.
