A one-of-a-kind apartment, it allows you to reach the seaside resorts without using the car, which you can park for free under the house. An excellent starting point also for visiting the surroundings such as the mines of Porto Flavia, the archaeological museum of S. Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
