Apartment perfectly located 400mt from the sea and 300mt from the central square of Calasetta. A large veranda with views of tables and chairs, outdoor shower and walkway and a comfortable indoor parking space. The apartment consists of a bathroom with shower, large kitchen with kitchenette and 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed + single bed and one with 2 single beds) + the possibility of a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is equipped with a 5000lt tank, TV, barbecue and washing machine.
