Absolutely breathtaking

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

I had an absolutely incredible time! The property was stunning, and the host was equally wonderful—warm, welcoming, and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it truly exceeded all my expectations!

An incredible estate that felt like you’re staying at a rustic Italian mansion. The grounds outside were stunning and massive and well groomed. The house is also quite massive with loads of privacy for the guests from each other. We were a group of 11 and it never for a moment felt crowded. The host was extremely patient and kind. If it’s available take it. We will be back!

Lovely place, in the Marche hills. Too lovely, so much so that we spent a lot of time relaxing in the Villa. Too bad about the unpaved Stradello that connects the main road to the villa. Super helpful and friendly host. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Villa dei Melogani (Pomegranate Villa) is cinematic, something from a movie. It lives up to its billing, offering a huge country house to share with friends & relatives & many spaces for enjoying the outdoors: orchards, vegetable gardens, a small bamboo forest, wild blackberries, a backdoor patio under the oleanders where a fox visited us one evening. The standout feature is the pool. It was the key reason we chose this particular property and it did not disappoint—huge enough to accommodate all seven of us and long enough to enjoy a daily laps regime. It also kept us cool through super-hot August days. Milan-based owners Alberto & Lucia were ultra-responsive & full of fun local suggestions. Orietta left the place spotless & gave a welcoming tour. Groundskeeper Giuseppe was a daily delight—dropping off gigantic fresh tomatoes, eggs, & baskets of wild blackberries. Umbertide is also beautiful, a hilltop mediaeval gem of excellent restaurants & history. Would go back in a second!

A great stay at Villa Gelsi. Serene countryside and a brilliant space to disconnect and rest. Perfect for families happy near a pool and wanting to get away from it all!

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! an amazing stay. Dreaming of calm, rest and tranquility? this is a perfect place. the house is big, clean, fresh and very nice. everything is there to cook or even play with family, especially in the outdoor kitchen. we loved our stay and recommend this place. a big thank you to Anja and celestial for their welcome, kindness, and kindness.

The host Andrea was very helpful and always responded quickly. The house looks like on the pictures and it is a very quiet environment. The garden is super well maintained and large. Andrea was helpful with any issue.

We had a wonderful warm stay the the beautiful la Poderina Vila, the villa surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing river just at the backyard and the place itself is super beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for a long stay ❤️ Fransesco our host was always so kind and warm and willing to help and recommend on nice places to visit and it really felt like he want us to enjoy our stay ! Great solution for those looking for a place surrounded by nature but close to the most beautiful cities of Umbria and Tuscany. In 10 minutes by car you can reach Città di Castello, in 1 hour Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Gubbio. The house has 3 very well cared for large independent apartments, the living area is fabulous with two large rooms for lunch all together and a really fantastic restaurant kitchen complete with all the appliances, especially for those who know how to tinker on the stove: -) Super friendly and helpful host Highly recommended for those who want to spend a period of leisure in more families, especially with children. We'll try the pool again in the summer

Fantastic place and really well maintained. Very large outdoor spaces. Large apartments, just right, clean and well maintained. Mrs. Luciana is very kind and helpful. The pool has a very nice view and is well maintained. Clearly you have to have a car because there is nothing nearby on foot but by car in 5/10 minutes you have everything you need. Highly recommended stay.

We highly recommend Luca's villa! Especially the large property with the great pool with different depths was perfect for us with children! The house is very quiet. Luca was always easily accessible, responded in a few minutes and always offered his help immediately. Inside everything is very generous and even in bad weather you have many opportunities to pass the time (table tennis,indoor pool,etc.).

Great place to relax just a few steps from Perugia. Apartments as described and complete with everything. Pool a short walk from the apartments with adjacent play area, convenient for those with children. Maybe you could fix the swings in the photos. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good time with the restaurant, but otherwise it's a great place to spend a few days away from everything.

Rosanna and Patrick are wonderful hosts and very friendly. The location of the house is fantastic, surrounded by greenery, totally quiet. The house is very well equipped, no unnecessary clutter. We loved the view from the kitchen window when we were preparing our food. The super well-maintained pool invites you to swim and linger! Many great places in Umbria, such as Assisi, Perugia, Gubbia, Montone, Lake Trasimeno ... are quickly accessible, but also in Tuscany, such as Arrezzo, Cortona, ... you are the same. The recommendations of Rosanna or Patrick were always helpful. We are sure we will come back. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Very nice and well-kept house with ample space suitable for large groups. It is also well equipped. I would recommend improving the apartment on the ground floor as regards the bedroom and bathroom. The owner was super kind and very helpful in solving a small problem.

Alesandro and his father were some of the best hosts we have ever had. The place is lovely and in a great location. Pictures don’t do it justice. But what really stands out are the hosts- from helping arrange and buy surprise for our parents 50th wedding anniversary to patience with our many questions- we really were impressed.

Very peaceful place, just what we needed. Paolo was very friendly and helpful.

We had a great couple of days in this beautiful, rustic, traditional, italian farmhouse. Very quiet location with only fields surrounding the houses. It is a bit of a drive (about 1 hour one way) to the historic sides, attractions, and beach towns. If you stay here you should plan for that. Host gave us great tips for surrounding/local restaurants, the pizzeria 5 min from the house, down in the town had great pizza for great prices with very friendly staff. The house was spacious, great to fit 2 families.

Gwenda and her parents were very kind and hospitable, it was like being in the family. They gave us the full availability of their garden, Mrs. Manuela prepared several very good dishes for us and even offered us a great homemade cake. Great location, it is an hour from Assisi and Gubbio, it is surrounded by greenery and is suitable for families with children, my son loved the animals of the owners. The pool is beautiful, too bad we couldn't take advantage of it for not beautiful weather. Thank you for everything! :) Thank you Gwenda for sending us the exact location!!!
