Monthly Rentals in Caledonia

We had a great stay at Tina's this past weekend. We were in town for just one night, and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, comfortable, extremely clean, and in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It had all the amenities that we needed. Tina's communication was great and very responsive to any questions we had. We look forward to staying here again next time we are in town.

We really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Eversole Home. Our family of 7 spent the week of Thanksgiving there. I reached out to Carol to inquire about the kitchen supplies so I could plan what I might need to bring. Carol went above and beyond and provided us with everything we needed, including a turkey roasting pan, pie pans, casserole dishes and a KitchenAid stand mixer! The home is in the process of restoration and some things are better than others, but it’s all comfortable and homey. The upstairs bedrooms did get warm with the heat so to keep the kids comfortable, we were cold downstairs. Extra blankets and bedding were available so we just threw on another blanket. The town is so cute and friendly too! Our son is studying historic preservation so he loved it. We may have to stay again next year to see the progress on the house!

This was such a cool experience staying in The Loft silo, the host did an amazing job building the silo. The entire property inside and out was pristine. We went for a weekend trip and it was perfect location, close to town, and state parks, but felt very private on the property.. The sunsets were gorgeous, We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Thank you so much for sharing your labor of love with us! The house is so beautiful & all the details were amazing! My kids absolutely loved the little playroom hidden upstairs, and the desk with the play food downstairs was too cute! We had the best time shopping, getting ice cream, but the best was enjoying the house and playing the games that were nicely stocked! We will definitely be coming back this summer!
