The Annex

Sweet Surprise Valley home with lovely fenced yard. Right in the heart of peaceful little Eagleville, CA, sits this charming three-bedroom cottage, one bathroom home with three connecting decks and a doggy door off the living room to a fenced grassy yard for pets. There is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a big kitchen, a dining area, and a separate laundry room. Also, a large deck for BBQing and outside dining. We can do longer-term stays too. Lounge chairs in back shaded deck.

We have horses, cows, chickens, and cow dogs. Stay in our remodeled bunkhouse, has room for 4. 1 queen bed, and a full size futon. Full kitchen, private bathroom, with outside bbq area.
