Excellent stay of 2 nights. Everything was compliant. Very good communication, the instructions were very clear. The 2 apartments were very nice, clean and quiet. Downtown Lens is within walking distance, parking nearby and street parking is also available. We'll be back at Caroline's place for our next stay here. I would highly recommend.

The accommodation is very well equipped and rather clean. The parking space, although narrow, is a real plus! A 5 min walk you will find many shops and restaurants, but the street is quiet. Host is available and responsive. Anyway, I would recommend this listing!

As a Belgian couple, we are very satisfied with the price-quality ratio. Fast communication/response within minutes and additional tips. Especially the private character of the lodging on the ground floor and guarded parking right by the entrance of the room is an additional plus. (Couple belge : très bon rapport qualité/prix. Communication/réponse rapide, toujours en quelques minutes, conseils supplémentaires. Caractère privé du logement et parking surveillé près de la porte du logement au rez-de-chaussée.)

After a long, exhausting 10-hour drive, I was relieved to have a smooth late check-in process. The support I received was truly comforting, and it made a world of difference. Very good place this is the second time we've come and never on it. Quiet environment, close to the shopping center so within walking distance. Clear instruction, flexible arrival, clean and suitable accommodation for the listing provided. The only small downside: the daylight in the morning, the curtains do not hide much unfortunately it wakes us up there is no shutter. But otherwise nothing to say I recommend it without a second thought ✨

Valerie is a very friendly, available and responsive host. Very nice welcome with welcome breakfast. Old upstairs accommodation with elevator, super central, very clean and quiet. Parking available nearby, free parking in the evening and weekends. Great for visiting Douai.
