This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. Ranch living w/ incredible views

Enjoy ranch style living located only 5 mins from downtown Cambria. We’re located right outside the coastal fog belt, so when it’s foggy in town we usually have perfect temps and sunshine! Even though it’s considered a “tiny home” it is very spacious with full amenities including full-size refrigerator, a nice gas BBQ grill, free level 2 charging, and a full size washer and drier. You also can take a short hike or drive to the top of the property and enjoy an ocean view all to yourself!
