Jo was an amazing host who really went above and beyond to make sure we had a seamless check in & an amazing stay. Her place was beautiful and had everything you needed. It was positioned in a quiet part of town with an amazing view and it was only short walk into the town centre. It was such a relaxing place to visit and I couldn’t recommend it enough!! She even went out of her way to make homemade sourdough which was divine!

Tammy and Brad’s home was beautiful, clean and perfectly located to enjoy the beautiful surrounds. The property was immaculately made up, and access to some beach gear and beach towels provided as well was a god send. It was a lovely stay, perfect for a family weekend!

absolutely gorgeous area...

Just spent 5 nights at Mangrove Manor and it was amazing. After spending a long day on the water it was great to come back to the comforts of such a lovely house, exactly as it appears in the photos. The check in-out was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions and excellant communication from the hosts. Can't wait to stay there again.

Allison was easy to communicate with and very responsive. This was a fishing trip and the boat ramp was easy access. The house was exactly as described. The wi-fi was great, with a smart TV so we could enjoy our favourite shows after a hard day on the water. Would thoroughly recommend

Beth-Al There are so many reasons why this little house on top of this mountain on the outskirts of Gladstone is up there with the best air bnb experiences I’ve ever had-and I’ve had a plenty! If you want seclusion and “real peace & quiet. If you want to see the most amazing and truly breathtaking views. If you want welcoming, kind & generous hosts that are more than happy to be of assistance yet far enough away to feel like you’re all on your own. If you want a fantastic home base to the islands & other adventurers this is an excellent choice- you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere with the connivence of Woolworths and a small but well equipped shopping center an easy 8min drive away. If you enjoy walking- the driveway certainly provides an amazing workout. Our experience has been life changing beyond what can be written in a review. We cannot thank Val & Bruce enough for everything. The most hospitable, humble & truly kind humans who made our stay feel very special and
