The description and details of this place don't do it justice. It was a wonderfully clean, cozy, and peaceful environment. Timothy was extremely responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it! The price is fantastic for such a lovely spot.

Our one night stay was very comfortable. It would also be great for an expanded visit. Easy to travel to highway.

Martin and Nikki were wonderful hosts-- friendly, conciencious and accommodating. The space was comfortable, they were flexible with check-in/out times and they even left us snacks :) We were in town for Big Ears and, while this isn't a particularly walkable distance from the festival, it's only a short drive away. Thanks you guys, maybe we'll see you again next year!

We enjoyed the stay, as Floridians were not quite used to mountain driving so it took a bit longer to get to and from than we had thought

The photos and description do not do this property justice! My friends and I were comfortable in this spacious, yet homey home. Kitchen had everything you could need, home was spotless, fire pit and hot tub were great. The owner was very polite and responsive. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing trip

Highly recommend. We stayed for a SXS trip, and it was about a 15-minute SXS ride from the house to the RRB campground. No trailering required which is exactly what we were looking for. Super cute home and close to many things. If you do stay here, I highly highly recommend visiting "Little Egypt". It's within walking distance from the house and breathtaking.

Our group had a fabulous time at the lake home. Jerry was an excellent host who gave us clear instructions on getting to the house and checked in with us during our stay. My kids were thrilled with all the fun activities in the downstairs space and wanted to be on the lake with the canoe and pedal boat as much as possible (despite the cold temps). Bedrooms were comfortable, and we loved cooking in the spacious kitchen. Easy drive to different hiking trails and into Knoxville. We hope to return in the warmer months to be able to utilize the amazing outdoor kitchen.

Stacie was extremely helpful. The house was beautiful and easy to navigate. The living area was spacious and nicely arranged. My girlfriend and I both loved the convenience of the park being down the street and being fairly close to different stores and resturants. Thank you again for your time and help along the way! The house was lovely, very close to marina. We could go boating and return to house for lunch and then go back out. Kitchen was big and well stocked, lots of seating inside and out, kids had a blast with the air hockey game. Host was responsive but not intrusive, would definitely go back

This place was perfect! Walking distance to everywhere we went. Any questions asked Julie answered very quickly. The place was also very nice, and everything we needed.

Clean and cozy, has all the amenities and stylish. The bed was comfy and the WiFi fast. The coffee was strong and the location was close to Y-12 for my business trip.

Mary’s place was spotless and perfectly located — just a 2-minute walk to great restaurants and food chains. She was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a comfortable Knoxville visit!

What a great place right by market square in Knoxville! The location is really so convenient. We drove over to market square in 5 mins. The single car garage was such a perk. Also, there were codes to get in the building and another to get in the unit so I felt completely safe. The loft was spotless and very comfortable. I have to add that the bed sheets smelled so fresh…my husband said I sounded like a laundry commercial each night when I climbed in bed! I really appreciated the modern but minimalist decor. Our host was fantastic! Great communication & we were offered an early check in (by 3 hours) without even asking! We come over to Knoxville pretty frequently for shows and games and will definitely look for this space first when we do! Great restaurant right across the street, too, with a fun atmosphere. (The name of it escapes me.) We also appreciated the super easy check out instructions. Nice not being left a long list of chores to complete as so many other places tend to do! 5*

Samantha and Connor have a beautiful place. We spent 6 days there for Spring Break and it felt like home. I reached out to them once and they responded to my concern quickly and had it resolved. We loved the cute area that the condo is located in, with plenty of local places to check out for food, coffee, or drinks. The Pine was our favorite spot that we visited. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and the building/area was super quiet. I read in other reviews about the stairs. Overall it wasn’t a problem for us, but I see how it could be for people with mobility issues. If you’re able to handle stairs, I’d highly recommend this place. We hope to visit again. Ashleigh made my stay a breeze. She was informative and thoughtful about providing me with information knowing it was my first time in Knoxville. She was extremely responsive and flexible to accommodate my needs. Her place is conveniently located and in a lovely historic building close to plenty of attractions. I was able to explore the town on foot which I highly recommend. Thanks again Ashleigh for making my experience so memorable.

We felt unsafe outside in the area and did not feel comfortable walking anywhere. The homeless population is extreme. When we walked in the building, we smelled a musty moldy odor and seriously contemplated finding a hotel but could not since so many events were going on and a lot of people were in town. The owner assured me that they had never had a problem, so we stayed. The condo itself is nice and had everything we needed.

We loved this place. It is bright, cherry and much attention was given to make it the most enjoyable stay. Personally, I very much enjoyed the vanity corner in the bathroom to apply my make-up in the morning. The location was great too with easy access to all the great spots in town. Finally, we loved having free parking. We had a fantastic two night stay.
