In addition, we have our own equipment for oxy-sanitization with an ozone generator, used after the guests leave and again after the cleaning / sanitization process, before the new occupants enter. Cozy guest house in the best location of the Lagoon. The house is 60 mts², divided into an extremely comfortable living room, suite, kitchen and balcony! The use of the house is limited to guests, not being allowed to receive no guests. All this surrounded by a lot of nature, which is made with the Dunes of Joaquina.
