Lovely, clean and spacious apartment, well equipped with everything we needed for a fantastic holiday. Situated in a beautiful area with easy access to the beach, local shops, restaurants and supermarkets, all within walking distance. The complex is easy to find, just off the main A-7 with plenty of parking outside. The grounds are stunning, well maintained and there are 5 pools to choose from. We would definitely recommended this apartment and will certainly return.

It is well equipped, just on the edge of the beach in a quiet and typical residence, 100 meters from the port. We had a great vacation with a rental at a very reasonable price for its location. This property was perfect for our stay in el puerto de santa maria. Host Antonio and his wife were lovely, and answered any questions required in a timely manner. The property is exactly as advertised. We stayed at 5 adults, which may have been cramped for a longer stay but was perfect for what we required it for. everything that is needed is there, such as towels, shampoo and kitchen utensils. pool and rooftop area was an added bonus. pool cleaned twice a week and amazing views of the area. would definitely stay again.

Nataly is a strong host who was always attentive that we were comfortable and I even facilitate a lot of things for me baby. I really liked the house, the comfortable beds, the showers very nice with good water pressure, everything of quality!!! The exteriors are very nice and quiet, with a view to the pool. Everything was great! The house is very clean and is as shown in the photos. I stayed with my boyfriend and my parents (4 people) and we were very comfortable. I only wrote to Dax to ask him a question, and he answered me immediately, they were very attentive to everything. We really had an amazing family week, and we would definitely choose this place again.

Mustapha was an attentive and responsive host as soon as we asked him. regarding the accommodation we regret that the kitchen is not perfectly clean when we arrived but the rest largely compensated. large accommodation. fairly well soundproofed room. and great bedding!! we slept like babies. the beds are wide and extremely comfortable. the apartment is very well located and secure. very nice caretakers and always there. we had a great stay! Thanks!!!

Fantastic apartment, complies with everything indicated in the listing more than that. The host was very attentive and quick to clarify doubts, of 10...no doubt a place to repeat. The only thing I would not repeat again is the contracting of the parking lot, getting in is complicated and parking in the plaza that I touch a child….. at the end I chose to leave it on the street.

An amazing stay if you’re looking for something relaxing and peaceful. My sisters and I did a trip to Cadiz with our three dogs. The dogs enjoyed it just as much as we did. Everybody was friendly. Free was very helpful and friendly. He even recommended some places and restaurants to visit. I will definitely be back if I’m ever looking for a place to stay in Cadiz. I highly recommend 😊

Everything was great, we had a fantastic time! Amazing location, just a few minutes to the beach, and a lovely balcony with sun from morning to midday. Only downside: the kitchen was very small with limited cutlery. But we mostly ate out anyway, so all in all, top-notch and highly recommend!

Soe's place was very nice, clean and spacious. Great views from 18th floor, near Eastern beach. I liked the 20 mins walk from airport and main shops in town and restaurants in Ocean Village. I felt very at home, chilled and relaxed atmosphere all round.

Walter is a wonderful and accommodating host. His communication was clear and efficient and kind. We did self check in and it was so easy. The apt was perfect for 2 people for our 1 night stay and we would have loved to stay longer, and will definitely be back. Walter has upgraded the unit to include usb charging ports and a nice towel heating rack in the bathroom. Very cool!
