Small 23 m² air-conditioned resting place located on our private property, fenced with parking. Very well located: quiet, 1 km from the center, 5 min walk to shops, 2 km from the highway. You have a patio and a private Jacuzzi (from June 1 to September 30) as well as an electric BBQ. Living room: sofa bed. Kitchen: dishwasher, microwave and oven, Bedroom: direct access to the patio and bathroom, bed in 140 and made on arrival. Bathroom-wc: Shower, washing machine. No smoking, no pets allowed.

Villa Gilbert is located in Vins-sur-Caramy, in the heart of Provence. The villa with private heated pool is situated in a particularly peaceful location, at the highest point of the village, and can accommodate easily 8 to 10 people, with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a good Wi-Fi connection both indoors and outdoors. Table football and a ping-pong table are available. It is an excellent base for excursions to the French Riviera and the beautiful Provençal villages.

In the heart of the garrigue, we offer a 35 m2 studio with a 60 m2 private garden and an unobstructed view of the vineyards. Cuers city center is a 5-minute drive (3 km). The cottage is close to a road appreciated by cyclists (the road climbs into the garrigue) The highway is 3 km away. The beaches of Hyères, La Londe-les-Maures and Toulon are 25 km away. The Verdon Gorge is 1.5 hours away. You will enjoy the calm, the singing of birds and cicadas.

Fully equipped house in a quiet subdivision close to the village and shops (7 min walk). Access to a private outdoor area and swimming pool. Ideally located, close to the highway access to Nice (1h30), Marseille (1h) and Aix en Provence (45 min). Toulon/Hyères 30 min. Close to the beaches but in the Var countryside. All nearby shops. I had to apply a cleaning fee but I can deduct it on request, if you commit to really doing it (shower, floors...)😉
