This is an apartment on the 2nd floor of a Loire house overlooking the Loire, in the heart of the village of Montsoreau. You will have a separate entrance, two bedrooms with views of the Loire, kitchen and bathroom. You can also enjoy the sunny enclosed garden overlooking an old troglodyte dwelling. Calm and tranquility assured, you are close to all the shops in the village and of course the banks of the Loire (to do on foot or by bike).

In the commune of CHOUZÉ SUR LOIRE, this typical stone house dates from the end of the 18th century. It has been tastefully renovated, taking care to integrate the ancient side with modernity. Take your bike and cross the banks of the Loire, watch the birds and the beautiful lights throw themselves into the river. You will easily be tempted by the many cellars nearby to leave with good Bourgueil wine. Put your bags down and enjoy!

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
