Independent cozy studio

Cozy studio , attached to a family home. It is tastefully furnished. The entrance-vestibule is shared. But once the door of the studio has passed, everyone is at home...it is composed of a living room with sloping ceilings overlooking the garden. It has a bathroom, WC & kitchenette Note, the bed is 120 therefore more suitable for a single person and it does not have TV but WIFI. The neighborhood is very quiet. Surrounded by park and forest. You can park easily on the square.

Totally independent apartment above our garage, 150 m from the tram to Bordeaux center and 1 km from the access to the ring road to be on the beach or in the vineyards of Saint Emilion in 45 minutes.
