The stay is amazing! The house is very well taken care of and was very well planned, in addition to matching and being faithful to the published photos. The view from all rooms is breathtaking. Wake up, having breakfast and resting with sea views is indescribable. The place is a paradise, practically private beach, very quiet. In addition, Marleti and Clauci are very dear and attentive, we feel great and sure we will be back 🩷

This place is really a wonder. The house is very comfortable and well equipped for cooking. It overlooks the nose and a patio to enjoy among trees and flowers. There is a waterfall and a natural pool with ducks inside the house. We were able to play with three very loving and tender dogs. Guilherme was very attentive and kind. Your house is a real piece of art!!

Everything was great, beautiful and cozy house! We were welcomed with the table beautifully set, towels folded in a different way, and even the toilet papers were carefully packed beautifully, composing the bathroom decoration. Details that surprised us. Each has everything needed for a perfect stay, it has much more than the basics, and great quality and good taste. I certainly recommend it! We had flexibility at check in and checkout, which helped us immensely! And the host Tatiana always answered quickly and clarified all questions and information from before we even made the reservation. The only unfavorable place is that there really is no trade nearby, but we were previously advised to take our purchases. Access to the property is for almost 10km of dirt road, but the road is ok, and there are no climbs or descents that are difficult to access.

Amazing place! Full house, very nice and private atmosphere. Everything was clean and organized. We were very well received. Huge house terrain, fish lake, bocha cancha, ping pong table, pool and pool! The very large pool and very clean! The pond with the big fish and can be fed to the fish. It has wood all over the house land, to use both for making a fire and for the wood stove. The main bathroom shower, which has little strength, I believe, is to the fact that the house is right at the top of the mountain and perhaps has little strength. It is not a problem, but it ends up making the baths longer. But there is a shower on the outside that in turn has a lot of strength and is very nice to bathe on hot days. We spent 4 days in the farm and it was very nice this time because the space is super comfortable, beautiful and is in the midst of nature.🌿🌳 We had all the necessary support from the homemaker Jadson who, on standby, kindly attended us. And our host Vitor was very attentive and kind. The property has a beautiful decor with a lot of richness in detail, air-conditioning practically in all rooms, the huge pool with heated water, a perfect space to disconnect and relax ☺️ We took everything that was necessary for our stay, but there are towels, toilet paper, detergent, etc... It's far from market, so it's good to go prepared 😉 Thanks for the opportunity!🤗

We were welcomed by the parents De Lucas, Mr. Ivan and Mrs. Vandersiv. They live next to the apartment, before any emergency or query, they were available. Friendly people, excellent, attentive. On the 1st day Mr. Ivan offered to get closer with his Vehicle to Itapema to make some compresses. I'm waiting and taking me all the way to the house. I borrowed a bike to mobilize more easily. Mrs. Vandersiv pending in case something was missing, even when it rained and we had clothes laid to dry, she had the kind gesture of keeping our clothes so they wouldn't get wet in the rain. It is a place that would undoubtedly return, not only for the beach or the apartment, but for the kindness and attention of Mrs. Vandersiv and Mr. Ivan. They made us feel right at home.

Great stay. Carlos was very clear and quick in the requests! The house was spotless with a wonderful smell when we entered. The bedrooms are very organized and comfortable.
