This is a super comfortable and spacious apartment. Palermo is filled with restaurants, bars and cafes and this location is convenient for all parts of city. Kitchen is stocked with a few staples but you dont need to cook in Palermo. Francesca was very quick to respond to any questions. Grocery and waterfront also very close. About 15 min walk from train station. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, view was outstanding. Wish we could have stayed longer.

It's central, in a historic building. Despite being on a very central street with lots of commercial activities open until late, perfect soundproofing. Clean house, equipped with all comforts. Giuseppe was very kind, he accompanied us to check in at home, but it was very late. She allowed a late check-out that gave us the opportunity to make the most of our last day there. Highly recommended.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a secure quality residence. A parking space is available, which is really a plus to park your vehicle when we discover the surroundings of Palermo. We were really at home. Maria Louisa is responsive and efficient. We had a wifi connection problem and the next morning, a technician from the operator intervened to change the box. She gave us addresses and recommended several places to visit. Thanks to her.

Ivana is an on outstanding host. She is very responsive and gave us a list of places to see, things to do, restaurants, etc. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, spacious, and in a great location in the heart of Palermo. Highly recommended!

The house has all the comforts, nothing is missing. The beautiful terrace lends itself to pleasant evenings in company thanks to the bistro downstairs that provided us with excellent pizzas and Sicilian delicacies. The area is quiet and also served by public transport, making parking easy. We felt right at home.

This was my first visit to Palermo so I wanted to be in the historic district. This place is a fantastic location & feels like home away from home. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching a sea of people pass by. Tour groups galore! Livia was very informative & went out of her way to help. What I found out was that the businesses downstairs are open until late, there’s no concept of keeping voices down after midnight. At 2 a.m. with vigor, the restaurant staff pull down their shutters, & apart from ambulances & local police sirens, & a few drifters, it’s relatively quiet. 😂 Then at 7 a.m the construction crews kick off & of course Livia provides ear plugs.. Bring your own! Everything is at your doorstep! & it is a beautiful space! Livia was very flexible about our check in time & luggage storage. Grazie mille Livia!

We stayed here for two weeks and loved it! The apartment is very spacious and elegant. The location is excellent—within walking distance to everything the old city has to offer, including many historical tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, etc. The owner and hosts are responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Very nice house with everything you need. Great for families with kids of all ages. The absolute highlight is the large and beautifully designed garden with cozy terrace. Unfortunately, there is not really anything to do in the direct surroundings of the house, but with a car you are quickly in different great places! Without a car, however, it is very difficult to get to the house! This should definitely be taken into account. Best of all: Viviana and Federico! Very very nice and helpful, always quickly accessible and yet discreet. They also provided us with great tips for excursions, restaurants, etc. Thank you!! 🙏☺️

The stay at Maria's apartment was very pleasant. Everything in the apartment was very clean. Maria has lovingly furnished the apartment. Beautiful, large and practical kitchen, everything available, makes it fun to cook there. Great view from the terrace. The terrace is also very nicely designed. Just for those who want peace and quiet and want to relax. Maria is very personable and a warm-hearted person. She was very discreet, always available for questions and gave us good tips. A stunning property, very much deserving of its 5-star reviews. We could not have felt more at home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the owners. The villa is furnished to a high standard, is well locked after and spotlessly clean and the outside space..WOW! Erika, the property manager is lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful, going out of her way on a Sunday to fix a small issue with the internet which we were most grateful for. We would highly recommend this property. Due to the rural location, you will definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant recommended to us which was a short walk away appears to have closed down, unclear if this is permanent or seasonal (we visited mid-September).

The apartment is well located, parking at the door, many shops. Margherita is a warm, smiling, friendly person, she brought us a sweet little gift that was very nice 🧡 Comfortable beds, lots of space, clean bathroom, very good quality washer and dryer, and plus laundry supplies! We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We had a lovely time. Thank you and we will recommend :)

We stayed in this apartment for 13 days and had a very good time. Mrs. Fiorenza was very helpful and friendly, even in intervening following the loss of the keys for our distraction (at no additional cost). The apartment is very clean and the spaces are comfortable for 2 people. The location is great, less than a 5-minute walk from downtown. Recommended!

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Sabrina and her husband (Simone) were great hosts! Very friendly and communication from check-in to check-out was excellent. The apartment was just as in the pictures and had everything needed for my stay. Great location and short walk to the beach! Snack, wine and water given complimentary at check-in! They provided luggage storage at check-out so I could spend the day at the beach before leaving for the airport. Thanks! Ciao!

Massimo is a fantastic host, very friendly, very responsive, very considerate. He offered great advice as well as background information around Palermo and Sicily, and even offered pickup and drop-off at the airport. I stayed for four weeks and wasn't homesick for even a second. The flat is very well located with a local supermarket almost next door, several good bakeries, cafés and restaurants in short walking distance, and a 20 minute walk to the old city centre. I hope to be back soon.

Lovely location close to Ballarò Street Market, right in the middle of the old part. All other important points of interest like the cathedral are in walkable distance. Owner was super responsive, even on Easter Sunday, and even organised taxi pick-ups for us.

Spacious and cozy. Proximity to airport was not audible at all. Super clean, all was working as it should.

Maria is a wonderful host, and she made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived at her place. Her local recommendation is fun and interesting. Her place is very clean, new and centrally located. You can walk anywhere in the city. I would love to stay at her place again and I highly recommend anyone to stay at her place!

This spot is absolutely perfect if you’re wanting to be able to walk to all the attractions! It held a beautiful historical ambiance and the washer and dryer were a plus! You can hear the streets at night but this wasnt a problem for us. We would stay again!

We have been four friends for a week in Sicily. Our first stop was at Roberto's apartment since it is close to the airport, he told us if we needed a Transfer that we used and very well the service and regarding the apartment everything as the listing showed: clean, central, no noise.
