Saint Laurent la Vallée: in the middle of the countryside

In the middle of the countryside, studio attached to my house, with independent entrance, including a kitchenette, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with Italian shower and private terrace. The 10 m X 5 m swimming pool, deckchairs, is shared with myself. Shelter for eating equipped with a plancha, table + 4 chairs. Ping pong table. We are located between Belvès 10 km away, a charming medieval village, Castelnaud 10 km away, Domme 18 km away, Sarlat 20 km away. The pool is open at the end of May.

This little corner of paradise located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, in a haven of peace, offers you a magnificent stay, in an old sheepfold dating from the 19th century. Nearby is an 18-hole golf course, the Dordogne Valley, the Vézère, its many castles (Castelnaud, Les Milandes, Beynac, Biron, Hautefort, etc.) Caves: Combarelles, Maxange, Font de Gaume, Tourtoirac, Rouffignac, Lascaux etc... The Water Gardens, Marqueyssac, Eyrignac etc. Hiking, canoeing, flights, hot air balloons etc.

The small gîte

Pretty detached stone house at the end of a small private hamlet in an 8-hectare estate surrounded by nature. The accommodation comprises a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with wood-burning stove and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a private terrace with views over the countryside. Access to the shared swimming pool (without fence or lock) overlooking the meadow and forest for total relaxation. Please note: in July/August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.

Gîte Le Pomodor -swimming pool- 8km from Sarlat

In the Périgord Noir, 8 km from Sarlat, Le Pomodor is a small traditional stone house set on a hillside, surrounded by unspoiled nature. You will enjoy a private, furnished terrace, as well as the generous open spaces of the garden and woodland. Since 2023, the gîte features a saltwater swimming pool (10 × 4 m). Fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Your vehicle can be parked near the gîte, and you will have sheltered storage for your bicycle(s) or motorbike(s). Your pet welcome with pleasure. 🐾

We offer 1 detached house with heated pool. It consists of 2 bedrooms (1 with a 160 bed and 1 with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. Very well equipped and comfortably furnished with Wi-Fi, French and English satellite TV. Located on a hiking trail on the edge of the forest, you will be truly peaceful
