Bernay is a pleasant small town with Norman half-timbered houses, ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast by car (Deauville, Cabourg and Honfleur).

Very quiet, with the possibility of large puffs outside and inside, period charm, beams, stones, bauge, and real cozy comfort, with about ten bikes of all sizes, rustic but functional. Deauville is 50 km away, and within 30', forest, stud farms, castles, etc.
