Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Cook a nice dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, sip a glass of wine on your private patio, watch tv in the comfortable living room, or work if you must at the desk upstairs (with a Mountain View). Close to UCSB, Sandpiper Golf Course, the Beach and Bacara Resort and Spa. And get to the wine country in a half hour.

From the Tuft and Needle mattress to the outdoor patio, the entire space is designed to offer peace and comfort as you explore the Santa Ynez Valley. The guest house is located in a peaceful neighborhood of one-acre lots near the town of Santa Ynez. Bike to town or take a short 5-10 minute drive to Solvang or Los Olivos.

We are a ten minute walk from Devereux beach, UCSB and its lagoon, and only an 8 minute drive from both the Santa Barbara airport and Goleta Amtrak station.

Enjoy a newly remodeled, beautiful apartment right in the middle of Solvang, you can walk to everything this our town has to offer. New appliances and furniture, this clean apartment with a full kitchen is sure to be a highlight of your wine country vacation. Located above Coast Range restaurant + bar (Michelin recommended and voted one of the Best Bars in by Esquire Magazine.) This is a 1 bedroom plus sleeper sofa in the living room.

For couples, adventurers, and business travelers. Kitchenette has a small fridge, sink, coffee maker and hot water kettle. No stove or microwave inside the studio. Apple TV in the studio. Sorry, no pets allowed. We will provide a pack n’ play for babies.
