Monthly Rentals in Capodimonte, Napoli

Functional and comfortable apartment, in a quiet and easy to access area, right next to the Rione Alto metro (and bus 204) for the historic center of Naples, and close enough to Capodimonte Park and Sant'Elmo Castle, from which the view of Naples is superb. Sabrina and Antonio were very welcoming and kind hosts.

We arrived earlier than expected and we were able to check in earlier. We were surprised to find lots of breakfast and snacks on the kitchen counter and yogurt, milk and juice in the fridge. The host was communicative, answering even to messages sent at night. We had a really pleasant stay and would recommend it to others.

Our stay at Giuseppe's was fantastic! The apartment was sparkling clean and comfortable for 8 people. It is well located with public transport ( bus and metro). Our host has always been very reactive to respond to us very quickly. I would recommned this property.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Naples! The location was perfect; very well connected to the old city center, both on foot and by public transportation. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was even better than I expected: spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully supplied with everything we would need. It’s located in a safe, quiet area, and the spacious terrace gave an extra special feeling to it. A special mention must go to the owner, who was truly exceptional: incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. You can tell how much care they put into making guests feel at home. This place is truly a rare find, and I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Naples!
