The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

Very good rental a few steps from a nice little beach for the family! The shaded garden is very well maintained (+ barbecue and outdoor shower). Despite the language barrier, Gian Luigi answered all our questions. Recommended!!

The Vesuvio accommodation, although small, is more than enough for two people, equipped with all the comforts it was like being at home, the kitchen was equipped with everything, there were also essential products for cooking like salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. The bathroom was very clean and, for how we visit the island in winter, equipped with heating. Exceptional terrace to enjoy the tranquility of the area and the splendor of the Gulf of Procchio. A short walk to the sandy beach, it is also recommended for those who want to take advantage of the many trails in the area. Angela is an exceptional host, she welcomed us warmly, immediately putting us at ease and providing us with everything we needed for breakfast for the following days. Thanks Angela, we'll definitely be back!

The place is functional and very clean, the location is really wonderful.

We spent a couple of nights at Elba in Isabella's beautiful apartment. It is located in a well-served area, with a large supermarket within walking distance and several bars and restaurants. 10 minutes walk from the center of Portoferraio. Isabella was always kind and helpful, highly recommended!

Great communication with the agency, great availability also in assistance with ferries. Clean apartment, too bad for the prohibition of parking in the private courtyard, it would be a great comfort.

I'm not sure I spoke to Jade about the reservation and to have some information, but anyone who wrote to me was always very friendly and helpful. During check-in and my stay, I interacted with my parents, especially Mrs. Gigliola. She always responded in a short time and was always extremely helpful. The apartment is as described. Convenient private parking 10 meters from the front door. Beautiful outdoor space with a coffee table, chairs and lounge chairs to enjoy the tranquility of the area, sunset sipping an aperitif or just resting. On the same, they also provided 2 wires to ventilate the clothes placed or, possibly for the laundry, which I washed by hand. In view of the season not yet very hot, they have provided an electric heater. Without taking the car you can start on GTE trekking. Nearest Minimarket is 5 min by car (not cheap), otherwise 30' there is the supermarket.

A beautiful apartment, in a nice setting and ideal for visiting the island of Elba

We've really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. It is a lovely quite place with great view. Sebastiano was very helpful and everything went perfectly.

The apartment was very nice and very clean, we lacked nothing. Procchio is a very nice little place! The deck is so beautiful. We also found the location generally good, only the main road was quite noisy during the day. Thank you for the wonderful stay :)

The accommodation has a really unique location: very panoramic, very central, although quiet for sleep and well served. Great air conditioning and the terrace is great. The possibility of using the garage, nearby, was essential given the difficulty of parking in Porto Azzurro. Michele is always available and collaborative. We have some maintenance issues, but it happens at the end of the season We'll be back!

We met Ettore, Paola and Silvia during the stay and it felt right at home right away. Wonderful and generous people. The house is beautiful both inside (spacious, clean and functional) and outside (it has a well-kept green space that we enjoyed). Perfect location for reaching the beaches in the area. The experience in Paolo's Bouganville apartment was beautiful ! The apartment is really a few meters from Innamorata beach and offers everything you need, the large livable terrace is a real gem ... we loved it! For sports enthusiasts, a short walk from the apartment you will find marked trails to reach the mines both by bike and on foot. Paolo was a very kind, friendly host and attentive to all our needs ! She welcomed us like old friends and made us feel at home. We recommend going to dinner at your restaurant in Capoliveri, high-quality cuisine and elegance in the rooms and service ! We will be back, next time in 3 💙

I had a wonderful vacation with my child at Casa Da Nonna Paola, the location so close to the historic center allows you to walk out to head to the historic center of Piombino where I found several local activities such as restaurants, ice cream shops and breweries that are truly worth a visit! Valentina left me all the linens in the house available and it was really a godsend to move around with a child, the bathroom was super comfortable and we immediately felt at home, a really large and comfortable double room in every aspect, the retro style room really makes you feel catapulted at grandma's house as a child, the super bright kitchen and dining room made me wake up with a smile, a multi-accessorized kitchen, where even those like me love cooking can bring out the best if having all the accessories available, I highly recommend this magical place ♥️ thanks Valentina for everything

We were a family with 5 children. Apartment was great for us, as described and well equipped, for the price it was great. Host was very nice. Thank you. House was very quiet. Piombino is a beautiful city, very good pizza and really delicious ice cream.

Apart from the rain that is not to blame, it was a nice stay, Matteo was always available in need and quick in our requests, he was flexible when I asked to postpone our exit, so everything was well done to be done for sure, thank you Matteo

The location is great both for touring the island and to go comfortably to Lacona beach on foot, the view is very nice and you are practically a stone's throw from a very good restaurant/bar. The bathroom is large and quite comfortable, the outdoor area is identical and very peaceful. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable but overall we had a good time. Watch out for the fridge, it doesn't have a freezing space that could come in handy for those like us who had brought ice cream for the fridge bag.

I wish I had stayed longer. Sandra’s apartment was just perfection. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and cool. The AC was very much appreciated. Sandra recommended 2 restaurants for dinner right in the old part of town. I have to say they were incredible. The pasta as the best I had the entire trip. Piombino is very active and fun at night. I spent the day on Elba Island which is a 15 minute ferry ride away. The walk from the apartment is an easy 25 minutes to the ferry. Thank you Sandra! I loved every minute in Piombino.
