The stay was excellent. Near the beach. Half a block walking and was already in the sea. Quiet place. Family atmosphere. All spacious rooms. Elevador. Garage and Comfort. No squeezing or stumbling on people inside the lodging. I recommend it. I will stay again if possible.

Quiet stay, no problem, apartment exactly as advertised, simple, practical and objective, provided us exactly what we were looking for.

The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need, even if it is small it is very comfortable. The common space is very nice, swimming pool and barbecue area excellent. Praia do capri has very calm and warm waters, great for children, has no structure of street vendors or kiosks, but nothing that bringing a cooler does not solve. Highly recommend the stay and hope to return!

For the second year we stayed in Amarildo's apartment, and we were extremely satisfied, my family and I, their space is getting better and better, new furniture, air in the two rooms which gave us even more quality in the stay, the environment is always very clean and airy, for sure next year we will be there again, remembering that Maristela who welcomed us is very sweet and kind. The place is quiet, it is close to the beach, more or less a block, has a very close market with good structure. The house is in line with the announcement, all appliances working, has 2 refrigerators, but one of them very little, but we were warned at the time of check-in on this issue. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was bad, the toilets were musty when we arrived. Tirando some details I recommend the house, has good structure, large backyard for several cars, the house has cameras and alarm, which makes it much safer.

We were family, and there were many, we were super comfortable, the house is ready with everything to welcome many people. The access to the beach is a meters away, the place is very quiet. Arnaldo received us in an excellent way and was always available for what we needed. Excellent place, we have a beautiful family vacation.

Very good accommodation, close to the quieter beach (because on the beach of morro do cristo, it had 1 sound box per square meter). Very close to a large supermarket. Tight space for maneuvering and parking the car in the garage. Great apartment, with large balcony and barbecue area, air conditioning in one of the bedrooms but with a ceiling fan in the other rooms, 2 good bathrooms, all appliances. Comfortable Camas. Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the whole apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. Communication with Carlos and Siluá was great from start to finish. We recommend for sure!

My husband and I stayed a week at Sun Beach Residence in Balneário Coroados. The apartment was impeccably clean. The furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils are new, all very well decorated and the construction finish is very well done. The owners Dulce and Sol were very delicate, welcomed us very well, were available throughout the stay and even though they were close, they respected our privacy. The apartment is very close to the beach. Balneário Coroados beach is very quiet. There are no buildings with apartments, noise, traffic and lines. If you want to walk, hear the sound of the sea and rest, go there. If you don't want to cook, you'll find food options near this beach. In addition to restaurants, there are markets, pharmacies and fish shops nearby. Guaratuba's municipal administration has apparently not invested in improving access roads, but there is nothing to disrupt your vacation or rest.

I recommend it and would come back more often, I believe that for very few details it was not perfect, it really matches the photos and expectations, thank you for the attention fairy in the last few days

Close to the cove beach, bars, shops, market, bakery, we didn't need to use the car for almost anything. Flexible key delivery, no bureaucracy. The host always answered my questions. At the last minute, my parents went along, I told Fabio, who made an exception to the number of guests without changing the daily rate. I only have compliments and thanks. The beach is beautiful, calm sea, warm water, many places to visit. It's also very close to the beach, you can walk there.
