James's Airbnb on Sanibel Island is AMAZING. It is a tastefully renovated elevated 3 bedroom/3 bath home. The kitchen is well equipped, and bathrooms have plenty of vanity space. The showers are great as well. The house is just a short walk to the world famous Bowman's Beach - best shelling in the state of Florida. Communication with James is almost instantaneous - he responds very quickly to any question or concerns. If there were a step above Superhost - I would nominate James. Superhost++++++++. I had an amazing experience at Patrick's Sanibel, Florida property! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable throughout. Everything was exactly as presented - the only surprises were pleasant ones. Enjoying morning coffee on the primary bedroom screened deck with a nature view, was such a plus! Patrick was an outstanding host - communicative, respectful, and always quick to respond. I highly recommend Patrick's place. What a wonderful time and thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Excellent condo perfect for a couple or small family. Close to and easily walkable to the beach. Rebecca was a great host. Very responsive and communicative. There was a brief power outage on the island and it caused an issue with the AC. I let Rebecca know and she had a repair person out within a couple hours to fix it. Would definitely rent from Rebecca again!

We had a great time staying at this property. Even though sanibel is still rebuilding after the hurricanes, there were still restaurants and stores open on the island that we could bike or walk to. The heated pool and hot tub were great for those days/nights where it got a little chilly. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything I needed to make a huge Christmas dinner. They also had everything we needed for multiple beach days. It’s nice to have a place where you can show up with just the clothes you need! Would definitely recommend a stay here.
