It was an excellent stay! Although the pool is shared with residents/visitors from two other houses, this did not cause us any discomfort or lack of privacy, we were well attended and Neander is an easy-to-communicate person and very kind!

We love our stay. The house is great, compatible with the description and photos. The reception by the owner (the distance) and in person, by the housekeeper was exceptional. there is a BBQ area with great barbecue at the bottom of the lot, but it does not appear in the photos. The kitchen is perfect, it has all the containers and, in addition, all the appliances we need. Cons: The water used in the bathrooms looks strange, I ran out of internet for a few days. On the beach of Guaratiba, it is great, but it has a very large strip of sand. This is a negative point for those who go with children.

Excellent home, full kitchen with guest courtesies. The place is very nice, accommodates well 6 people, comfortably. Great bathrooms. Great bed and bath linens. The host is very helpful and responds quickly. Very good people!

The stay was great. Casa super comfortably, it has everything we need. The swimming pool is always clean and the evening the water is warm, we use it every day. the indoor space is compact but with enough space. We went in 7 people and all were comfortably accommodated. We were greeted by neighbors Meire and Ricardo q are very friendly and have given us several tips from the site. Secure condominium with everything q needs. We don't even have to go out the night of the condominium because we did everything for there.

The house is better than the photos: nice, cozy, spacious and fresh. With a 5 minute walk you get to a beautiful beach that has very little movement. We went during Carnival and it was very quiet. The access is a bit boring because the place is sandy and has a lot of hole. But it's worth too much! We have incredible days!
