Il suo appartato giardino ad uso esclusivo e con posti auto, è dotato di un pergolato arredato con poltrone sospese, amaca e tavolo da ping pong. Il mare è a 300 metri. La strada per raggiungere la casa è sterrata per circa 200 metri. È sconsigliato avere un'auto bassa e con larghezza superiore a 2 metri in quanto sono presenti arbusti che potrebbero rigare la carrozzeria.
