The apartment is on the second floor in a building without an elevator. Composed of a living room with a kitchen equipped with dishes, fridge, freezer, oven, sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed, an extendable table and 8 chairs. The bathroom has a large one meter shower. The wooden stairs lead to the attic floor where there is a double bedroom complete with a built-in wardrobe and a bedroom with a single bed that can be extended to a comfortable and large double bed.

Casa di Michele – luxury loft in the old town

Beautiful apartment in the center of Carloforte's old town with airy livingroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom/shower on one floor. Upstairs you will find the bedroom (160x200 cm), a room with a bedsofa (120x180 cm) as well as a bathroom/shower. The renovated loft is perfect for a couple, but can also be used by a familiy with one or two teenagers. Casa di Michele is situated with everything in walking distance. Just text, on which ferry you arrive and Michele will pick you up.

Just a short walk from the beach, the holiday home Casa Niluca is located in Portoscuso. The 40 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available. The holiday house is located in the centre with essential services like a bank, a bakery, and a tobacco shop nearby.
