Vacation rentals with a patio in Carlton

We really enjoyed our time at Sylvia’s place. Clean, tidy, private, quiet, comfortable. Her instructions on accessing the apartment were excellent and we had no issues or problems. We would definitely return to Sylvia’s in the future!

We had a wonderful five days here. The residence is very well stocked with functional and quality features...from the wifi and tvs, to the linens and kitchenware. It was sparkling clean too. The beds are comfortable. The location is great if you want to explore downtown on foot or on the Max. There is some freeway noise but that's par for the course in a city setting; it did not keep any of us awake at night. I was concerned about parking but never had trouble getting a spot right in front of the house. Also, we never heard nor saw the downstairs tenant (even with our loud kids and yappy dog). Cheyenne is a fantastic host. All instructions were clear and contactless access was easy. She checked in with us occasionally and was very quick in responding. If we were to complain about anything, the water pressure is low--first world problem that had zero impact on our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was cute and cozy as described in the listing. It’s exactly what we needed for our Portland trip, as we were not planning to cook much and just relax. We enjoyed the massage chair and the patio views. Loved it and would love to stay again definitely.

Nicely laid out 2 bedroom bungalow style condo in SW Portland. The covered deck was especially nice to enjoy.

Host was great, location was great, and the included amenities were much appreciated and better than most Airbnbs included basics. our only nitpick was that there was a loud bathroom fan that must remain on, but he said he'd fix it. Quiet neighbors, good neighborhood, great cafes and shopping within blocks. Street parking was easy too!

Amazing stay. We walked everywhere from restaurants to the markets. Killer balcony views and all around great host and great stay.

Sara’s place is a lovely space! We appreciated so many elements of the design including lighting, windows, bedding and garden. Parking was convenient. We also enjoyed walking to the vegan bakery, local restaurants, the grocery cooperative, public transportation and around the neighborhood in the evening. One of our top five stays…we would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mila's place. She is very responsive and helpful. Super clean, beautifully designed, thoughtfully laid out bedroom for children, convenience of laundry and dishwasher, to mention a few things. Didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space due to our short stay and weather but it looked wonderful to spend evenings. Maybe next time. Highly recommend.

House and location were great! Suzanne was very helpful with recommendations and flexible check-in and out. Would definitely stay there again.

Yuting’s place was actually a little larger than I needed, but that’s on me - with 3 ensuite bed+bath combos, and good workspaces, you could easily have several people doing WFH with no issue. It’s a well-laid-out split-level, so if you’re not up for stairs, it may not be your jam, but I appreciated getting my stairs in with my steps. The Main Bedroom suite’s separate deep tub was handy for soaking my weary bones, and there was never a lack of hot water, towels, or the like. Wifi was fast and easy to connect to, having the garage to park in and keep equipment (cart, bags) that I didn’t always need in was very handy. They had every utensil and amenity I needed, or could have needed, down to having a sewing kit for repairs, kid and toddler toys and seating tucked away, and plenty of room for storage. The place could easily serve for a longer stay with no issue at all. YuTing was easy to get ahold of and fast to respond and solve an issue I had when I arrived. 10/10 would stay again!

We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! Our large group, including several kids, felt right at home. The house is comfortable and well-equipped, with a popcorn machine that quickly became our kids’ favorite, plus a ping pong table, swings, and a great selection of toys. It was clear that the host has thought of everything to make both adults and kids happy. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning the next time we’re in Hillsboro!

Jennifer’s home was the perfect home away from home. The bed was super comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful at night. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay even more convenient. Jennifer was a fantastic host with great communication throughout. We’d definitely stay here again!

Lauren’s place was great. It was clean, well furnished, and matched the description perfectly. Lauren was communicative before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property.

We had a very nice stay. House was super clean and as described. Communication was excellent. We contacted Minh because there were no hand/dish towels and he responded and brought them right over. Walking distance to a nice park and right next to the high school. Would stay there again.

We had a lovely stay here at Narge’s home. The home was beautiful and immaculate. It was the perfect size and our children absolutely loved the playroom- this home was a lifesaver! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Michael was so helpful when we had to change our dates— and when our flight arrived in the middle of the night! The apartment was larger than expected, with the warmth and charm of the Portland bungalow style. The decor was lovely, everything clean and comfortable. The block has beautiful gardens to walk past, and is just a minute’s walk from Jinju Patisserie, with the most amazing croissants on the planet (and that’s saying a lot from a NYC-er)! Thank you, Michael, we look forward to our next visit.

I had a wonderful time at Nichole's place. It was tidy quiet and I was even allowed to check in early as I arrived earlier than expected.

Becky and the property management company thought of *everything* when creating a cozy, clean, and easily accessible place for guests. We stayed here with our 10-month old child. While you could hear guests upstairs from time to time, the neighborhood itself is blissfully peaceful. And the gardens leading up to the entrance…just stellar. Everything was clean, even underneath the couch and chairs, where toys would roll. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever encountered in an AirBnB; like a cloud. Highly recommend New Seasons market for groceries and takeout, and Cafe St. Honoré was a treat. Stroll down NW Upshur St for an easy entrance to Forest Park. My one regret is not booking a longer stay!

Great location walkable to many restaurants and Whole Foods grocery. Easy access to highways. Place was very clean and had good amenities. Loved having coffee provided and sitting on balcony to plan our day.

Great spot if you like hanging out on Mississippi. Also close to Williams & Alberta. Apartment was great. Hosts were awesome. A+ experience. Would definitely stay again

This was a lovely space in a surprisingly peaceful neighborhood considering how close it was to restaurants, shopping, etc. Also, we discovered that free street parking was very easy to find close by. There was a great park for kids just one block away as well. Lastly, remarkably comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again.
