Perfect spot. Choice of 2 beaches 2 minutes away. Great pub. 3 mins away. Well worth a visit. Some nice touches in the room which was clean, spacious and a very comfy bed.

This place is a hidden gem, hidden away in a nice quiet area in Llanelli yet so close to walk into town only Being a 5/7 min walk… along with it being right near the sea front it’s ideal location. The customer service is some of the best we have ever experienced, from the hospitality down to the cleanliness of the hotel. We enjoyed every moment of the stay so decided to stay another night

What a beautiful place to stay to get away from the fast pace of life. Sit and watch the river run by whilst the birds feed, listen to the tawny owls at night. I really couldn't have asked for more. Michael is a true gentleman and made me feel at home straight away, almost as if it was my own home. Super host and perfect location. Thank you Michael.

We loved our stay here, was so nice to be out in nature on this farm. Very friendly hosts, helped us with a lot. The breakfast in the morning was fabulous. Would recommend. Such a lovely couple running it. And loved the goats!

Lovely spot. Yummy breakfast. Second night a dishwashing machine or other machine was quite noisy until about 1am. As our room was above kitchen we could hear it clearly. Great parking Beautiful wallpaper Gorgeous lounge Really friendly and polite staff
