“full disclosure: i didn't actually get the pleasure of staying at mark's place. i had to cancel at the last minute due to covid-19 concerns. mark was SUPER understanding, gracious and generous about the situation, and i truly appreciated it. i can only speculate about mark's space, since i didn't actually end of staying there, but if his thoughtfulness and communication skills are any indication, i imagine it is a great space that is very comfortable and designed to accommodate whatever your travel needs may be. :)”

“Absolutely loved our two nights (too short) stay at Sue and Justin’s place in Sacramento! The koi pond and beautiful garden make it especially relaxing and we enjoyed chatting with our very welcoming hosts. We were graciously treated to use of their bike (gorgeous ride along the American River), to tomatoes, basil and flowers courtesy of the garden, and 2 eggs courtesy of the chickens😉Sue has thought of everything ( the half&half in the frig was especially appreciated). Even with the COVID museum closures, there was still plenty to do and learn— walked around the Capitol grounds, the City Historical Cemetery, enjoyed seeing the various murals throughout the City, visited Old Sacramento and Sutter Fort Park, and had a superb food tour (Local Roots Food Tour), both in terms of the food and the information. This Airbnb location is great for all of that and will be our go-to place if we ever return to Sacramento.”
