Townhome vacation rentals in Carpathian Mountains

The accommodation is nice and spacious - three bedrooms and above all a large living room (including a sufficiently equipped kitchen and a large TV). The garden and outdoor seating area with grill is also pleasant. A big advantage is the quiet environment and a nice little beach by the lake a few steps behind the house. We can definitely recommend the accommodation for families with children. There are only a few shortcomings - for example, the creaking stairs to the upper floor, greater distance to shops and restaurants, older blinds in the windows.

Ivan's place is deffinitely worth the visit. The house is spaceous, has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a really big living room. It doesn't look that big when you look at the pictures, but it is. Ivan was really helpful and made sure we have everything we've asked for. He even left some treats for us (and a champagne as we were celebrating New Year's eve) - nice genstures that make you feel as if you're at home :)

We had the pleasure of spending Easter in Sunny Chełm Apartments and we are delighted! The place is beautiful – the apartment itself and the neighborhood. The interior is very clean, modern, and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, where nothing was missing. An additional advantage was a nice welcome surprise, which made a very positive impression on us. Contacting your host is also impeccable, prompt, polite, and helpful. Our stay was really comfortable. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is close to the center city and numerous other must sees, such as the Cantacuzino Castle (filming place for Wednesday). The view from our terrasses was directly pointing at the mountains and the Caraiman Cross (another important tourist attraction). The house is big, cosy and fully equiped. The barbecue and the big terrasse outside is a nice place for family diners.

We were 3 adults and 2 kids and we all loved the place. The terrace with a garden is perfect for sitting outside while the children play in the meadow and even inside we did not lack comfort. We were happy to return to our house in the green every night to the bustling city. And also the surroundings with the forest were a good variety. Thank you for the pleasant communication. I highly recommend staying with children, especially with children.

The place is very easy to get to. A few minutes from Baščaršija and overlooking the city center and Trebevic. Clean and tidy, as shown in the pictures. We also received a crib for the baby upon request. Communication with Aya is great. We'll be back safely, at the next opportunity.

We had a nice stay at Villiam’s place. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and it is equipped with everything. We were welcomed with a homemade delicious strawberry pie by Theresa. We will be booking this place in the future as well.

Very clean and spacious, modern, fully equipped apartment. Lockable, large private parking. Nice, communicative hosts. Had no problem checking in in the evening hours. I recommend!

Milica and her partner are great and welcoming hosts and the place was an amazing stay for us. Perfect for travellers with kids since the place provides all necessary equipment, has a great playing area and even a trampoline. It is next to the city centre within walkable distance from shops, museums and waterfront. There was an issue with the fridge when we arrived and Milica went above and beyond to fix it for us swiftly during the weekend. One of the best hosts I've stayed with!

We had a great experience! Both the bedroom and living room were spacious and bright and the entire location was clean and well maintained. The room was tastefully arranged, which added to our comfort.
