A supermarket is located 3 minutes by car as well as an organic store 10 minutes away . A bus stop is a few meters from the house . A Thai restaurant is located very close to the house . The villa has access to everything very quickly , boat rental, kite surfing , paddles , windsurfing at the Fun Board center . The house is very well equipped: steam oven, recessed fryer, induction plate and gas burner with a Wok Pro, dishwasher, electronic oven with many automatic programs and all the necessary equipment to make elaborate cooking. The dishes are from Villeroy &Boch and Bodum glassware. The towels are made of 100% cotton from Egypt . The large outdoor bar is very popular with travelers for its relaxing side under the palm trees and very practical because it is equipped with a second dishwasher and refrigerator, a plancha in stainless steel Pro, a professional ice maker and a freezer to be able to put the ice creams .
