Monthly Rentals in Carroll County

Carter Cottage was a great base for us while we visited family in the area. The house is comfortable and cozy while also clean, modern, and attractively furnished. In a pleasant neighbourhood with views of fields and hills on one side, it's a bit removed from the town centre so this best reached by car though it's not far to the town square, which is very walkable. Carter Cottage is competitively priced compared to other places we have stayed in the area, and if this remains the case I'm sure we'll want to book again when we're next back in Berryville!

We enjoyed our stay there. It was super peaceful and secluded. The cabin was well kept. It was clean. The cabin has everything we needed. They had Netflix on the large flat screen which we all enjoyed. At 1 point needed to add someone. And that was no problem Karen had said. I’m very grateful for a nice quiet place to stay quietly having to worry about anything. Thank you Karen!!

The hosts were great! At one point we had an issue with the wifi service which they solved quickly and amicably. The Lodge is located in Holiday Island, a pleasant community. Great location from which to visit Eureka Springs, Branson, and Northwest Arkansas.

Valorie was amazingly helpful and friendly. The view from her place is amazing with lots of wildlife. Having a garage to park in was an added bonus since it did rain while we were there. I would recommend Valorie's home to anyone going to Northern Arkansas!
