This apartment is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, with plenty of pots and pans, cutting boards, and even a knife sharpener! The Wi-Fi is strong enough for two people to be working on laptops at the same time, with smooth video calls. The beds are firm, supportive, and comfortable, and there are many pillows and blankets available. Manuela provided ample towels for our month-long stay and an extra set of sheets for each bed. The location is just a few minutes’ walk from Piazza del Mercato in the historic center of Spoleto, and five minutes in the other direction from the Spoletosfera parking garage. It’s great, and we enjoyed our stay very much! The only downside is the noise. Because the apartment is above a restaurant, there is a lot of restaurant-related noise off and on from around 11am to 11pm, and that sound travels directly up into the apartment. So if you like to go to sleep early, bring earplugs!

Ivana was very friendly and welcoming, she made us feel at home. He gave us useful directions to the area and was easily reachable. The house was very nice and in a great location. We'll be back! Applause to Ivana!

Accommodation in a very nice village, well-equipped and in an area full of places to visit. Perfect for us who love quiet places in a beautiful setting. And for any questions, Jens was very responsive.

We spent 2 very relaxing weeks at Paolo's house. We were greeted by her mom Rita, a lovely person. The accommodation is as described and well equipped (no washing machine but possibility to ask Rita to do us laundry). Even though Paolo is not on site, he is very responsive and considerate. A very convenient village grocery store at very competitive prices is close by. The village of Paggese is friendly and its location between the Sybillins Mountains and the sea allows you to vary the pleasures. We'll be happy to go back.
