The apartment is fully renovated and equipped with every comfort, consisting of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The enchanting terrace overlooks the sea, high above the seaside village. Easily accessible from both parking lots as well as the train station, just minutes from the beautiful marina and boat boarding point. Within walking distance of cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores, ensuring a relaxing stay.

The room is located in an ancient alley of the village, Via Sant’Antonio, and has two large windows overlooking the sea; it is a short walk from the train station, Marina di Riomaggiore and the main street of the town.

The Cottage is part of a property owned by the Bernocchi family, which was already on maps of the area in the 1500s and is located right on an ancient Roman road that crossed the Calvana Mountains. About 9 km from Prato and 20 km from Florence. The Cottage, open on three sides, is situated in a panoramic position surrounded by a private park, ideal for walking and sports. A real home fitted with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Large outdoor spaces, garden, and botanical garden.

In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

The terrace overlooking the sea🌊 is a small apartment that belonged to my great-great-grandfather👴🏻, located in the picturesque port of Riomaggiore. Beach, downtown, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. Unique place to spend mornings to drink coffee and evenings while sipping a local wine, watching sunrise and sunset in the first row!🌅🍷 *If you are more than 2 people, we recommend the family apartment! There is little privacy.
