An enjoyable stay at Kevin's apartment. It was extremely clean and neat, exactly like the pictures. The security of the dwelling is outstanding, and I found the other residents quite friendly. The Brickworks shopping area right next door is very convenient - I recommend grabbing coffee at the rooftop cafe! I was staying with my mum so I slept in the living room. The queen bed described in the living room is a simple pull out sofa bed, which wasn't extremely comfortable, also the blinds in the living room do not block out the street lights too well - I wouldn't recommend the sofa for elderly or anyone with back/sleeping issues.

This home is very clean and very new, the balcony is spacious, the house owner is very friendly, the surrounding facilities are full, the environment is beautiful, there are big parks, close to shopping malls, food shopping, cinema.Highly recommended.

This charming little gem was one of the most comfortable, well-appointed, and peaceful Airbnbs I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. It’s clear that Julie has put thoughtful care into every detail, from the stylish décor to the small, welcoming touches that make you feel instantly at home. The space is warm, inviting, and impeccably clean. The surrounding garden feels like your own private sanctuary, and with the large glass double doors opening out to it, there’s a beautiful sense of the indoors and outdoors blending together. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee outside or unwinding at the end of the day, the space offers a delightfully cozy atmosphere that’s hard to come by. The location is also ideal, just a 15-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the train station. I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

I had a wonderful stay in Dave's apartment. Immaculately clean, great communication with host, safe, secure, quiet, easy access, lovely view and with all the comforts of home. Within easy walking distance of everything, beach, supermarket, cafes, shops, public transport. A great place in a great spot.

Amazing location directly across from the park and beach, with the pub down the road. very easy check in, the kids loved the provided toys to play with after the very long drive.

It was a great apartment, we stayed there for few days. Vernonique has stored everything which can be needed for guest. There were also different board games, card games which we got a chance to play with and pass our time. Overall, its a very peaceful stay, very close walk to box hill central and restaurants.

Good house for 10-12 persons to stay together and enjoy the vacation

The House was lovely and well maintained. Areas for improvement: 1. The Gardens need attention and not very pleasant as that was our outlook. 2. Key was in lockbox as described, but this didn't work on the front door, we had to around the back to find an alternative door to access. 3. Arrival information needs updating. Other than that, the property was lovely and worth the money. Many Thanks Craig

We had a great stay as a family with kids. The property was exceptionally well maintained and clean. The decor was perfect and felt right at home. We had everything we needed. We weren’t aware the garage was accessible, so used the driveway for one car and parked the other elsewhere. Wish we had asked the host and saved some walking :) Will definitely be back and highly recommend the cottage and host for other guests.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful — they made the whole experience so easy and pleasant. From the cozy atmosphere to the thoughtful touches throughout the space, we couldn’t have asked for more. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The hostess, Lucy, is a charming woman with very good communication skills. She showed her hospitality by welcoming us at the main entrance of the building during our checking in. Lucy’s flat was cosy and had all the cooking utensil that you needed during your stay. The bedsheet and the quilt cover were exceptionally clean. Besides, the location was very convenient and just a few minutes walk to the Box Hill Central and all kings of transport. All in all, Lucy’s flat deserves such high ratings and we will definitely re-book it when we visit Melbourne again.

Karen is a very nice host and being very flexible. Her communication is excellent and her apartment is nice and big enough to stay for 2 people. The carpark is also easily accessed and the visitor parking also helps a lot.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

We used Josephine’s apartment while visiting family in the Aspendale area. It is perfectly located near the station and a few metres back from the beach. The apartment was quiet and well presented and we found it particularly clean too. The apartment also has its own soul and personal decorating touches which made the apartment feel more welcoming and alive. Access is super easy and no fuss as is the building itself to navigate. Would recommend!
