Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en la casa de Jörg’s , el trato ha sido exquisito, y la casa es espectacular, una piscina muy grande y muy equipada. La casa la entregaron muy limpia. Un 10 de nota. Pedro Perez y familia

Casa fantástica. Para pasar unas vacaciones en familia es ideal. La piscina, las vistas, las instalaciones… la ubicación es ideal si quieres estar cerca del centro pero necesitas coche. La casa se nota que es nueva y todos sus accesorios y equipamiento también. Sin duda repetiríamos. Como aspecto a mejorar destacamos la comunicación. Había una fuga enorme en la manguera del jardín y tardaron más de 1 hora en cogernos el teléfono y hasta el día siguiente no vinieron a solucionarlo. Por otro lado, como sugerencia, estaría bien una zona de sombra en la piscina.

Villa Arrels in Spain is an absolute haven, and our stay there was nothing short of spectacular. Ideally located just a five-minute walk from the beach, the villa offers both convenience and comfort in equal measure. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our hosts, Julio and Loli, whose incredible friendliness and attention to detail made us feel instantly at home. Hemos estado fenomenal. La casa es espectacular y la zona es estupenda. Está a 2 minutos andando de un par de playas (pequeñas, tipo cala) y muy cerca en coche de Vinaroz y de Benicarló. La casa tiene todas las comodidades y un amplio jardín con terraza que es un verdadero lujo. De 10.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der beheizte Pool, der auch im Mai angenehme 30 Grad hatte – ideal zum Entspannen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Fahrräder, ein herrlicher Pool, und eine Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Abends konnten wir das beruhigende Meeresrauschen hören, was für eine wundervolle Atmosphäre sorgte. Das Meer ist fußläufig erreichbar, was unseren Urlaub noch angenehmer machte. Der gepflegte Garten war ein weiteres Highlight, besonders da wir die frischen Früchte ernten durften, sobald sie reif waren. Die Garage mit kleiner Werkstattausstattung war praktisch und zeigte die durchdachte Planung des Hauses. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings, the pictures don't do it justice. So peaceful with lovely views of the sea. Loads of space inside and out , the pool was great. The owners/ family were aleays available to help and nothing was too much trouble. We have been coming to Alcossebre for nearly 20 years and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. We will be back.

Serafin and Maribel's villa with pool, large garden and access to the sea is just like paradise. We had a wonderful time there with our 1-year old daughter, enjoying the garden with private playground, pool and the beach just infront of the villa. All is designed extremely tasteful and we felt like home immediately. Our hosts have been extremely nice and helpful with everything we needed. We'd stay there again any time.

Rien à redire sur la location. La maison était fidèle à sa description, très bien équipée et joliment décorée. Elle est fonctionnelle et dispose de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Elle est proche de la mer, accessible à pieds et des quelques restaurants au bord de mer. L’hôte était très arrangeante et très réactive. Merci !

Beautiful house by the sea and close to a great restaurant. My family and I were able to relax and enjoy the location. It is a must to visit the Castillo de la Peñiscula. Concha was great and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this property.

Encantados con la villa. Muy cómoda en todos los aspectos. Limpieza perfecta y ordenada, mucho espacio. La cocina completisima. Zona de la piscina genial, limpia, con muchas hamacas alrededor y zona verde. Porche, zonas de juegos, incluido para niños. Habitaciones con aire acondicionado, camas cómodas… Zona muy tranquila, aunque no tiene servicios alrededor, el pueblo y la playa están a menos de 5 minutos en coche. Todo un acierto, con ganas de repetir.

First things first: Joris is the perfect host. You can not ask for faster reactions. Any issue we had, any question was immediately taken care of. No question that Joris cares. The spot is amazing. If you are on a motorbike there is no better place maybe even in the world to discover and enjoy the rides. Also quite good weather during winter (besides cold mornings and a few rainy days). Had a shepherd that dropped by with his goats, lovely scenery and amazing sun dawns. Just a good place. As in any spanish spot some dogs are barking at night but nothing major. You definitely need a car (or motorbike) to go shopping or discover the area but this is what this space is made for: off the grid. A few things to be aware of: the house is a piece of art and you have to be ok with being exposed to wildlife. As a couple that knows each other well for years the open house concept feels cool but be aware that there is no door, no rooms, no privacy 😂. Heating was fixed during our stay. Lovely

¡Es perfecta! Tiene un jardín espectacular y una ubicación excelente, la piscina tiene un tamaño ideal, por la tarde tiene sombra gracias a la casa.

I had a fabulous month-long stay. The house is very clean and comfortable. I had a whole place for myself and felt very safe as a solo woman traveller. I got a warm welcome with a freshly baked apple cake by Monica’s mother. Monica and her husband were exceptional hosts. The house has great views of mountains and Valencia city at night. The garden around the house is well maintained. I had everything I needed for my stay. This was a home away from home experience and a very memorable stay. Will definitely be back.

Muy buena acogida por parte de Marc y su esposa Olga. La casa y las instalaciones de lujo, muy bien cuidada con todo detalle y todo muy limpio. A 10min en coche de Vinaroz, zona muy tranquila para desconectar. Muchísimas gracias por hacer que la estancia fuera más agradable.

Las vistas al mar , el paseo marítimo y la piscina. Nos encantó… viajamos una vez al año a diferentes lugares en familia y seguro está entre nuestras favoritas. Un abrazo también a Fono quien nos despidió y fue amable en anticipar su llegada cuando se lo pedimos para irnos.

Cette Villa est tout simplement magnifique ! La piscine est superbe ! Les infrastructures sont merveilleuses ! Je reviendrai l’an prochain sans hésitation ! Les hôtes sont super arrangeants ! Sans oublier Rosa !! Une femme magnifique, gentille, accueillante, qui fait tout pour que nous soyons plus que bien ! Nous avons passées de superbes vacances ici et nous sommes triste de ne pas avoir pu réserver plus longtemps ! Merci pour ces vacances !

La maison correspond exactement aux photos et a la description. Elle est super bien equipe, il ne manque rien. La plage est toute proche, la maison est dans un. cadre agreable et calme, le jardin est magnifique comme la piscine, le coin BBQ tres bien equipe.
