Fantastic house. Ideal for a family vacation. The pool, the views, the facilities… the location is ideal if you want to be close to the center but you need a car. The house is noticeably new and all its accessories and equipment as well. We would definitely stay here again. As an aspect to improve, we'd highlight communication. There was a huge leak in the garden hose and it took more than 1 hour for them to pick up the phone and they didn't come to fix it until the next day. On the other hand, as a suggestion, a shaded area in the pool would be nice.

Amazing place!!!, quiet and close to the city center by car, ideal for what we needed the accommodation. Lorenzo like Ana and Milan super attentive to our needs and very friendly. Definitely worth it and if we have to go back, we will repeat again. Thank you for everything!!!

Without a doubt, it was the best vacation we've ever had, a beautiful and very comfortable house in a very quiet and relaxing place, surrounded by nature and fauna to spend a few days of luxury and disconnection. A very well-equipped house, fantastic terrace, great barbecue to enjoy with the family, good views, Rafael's garden, the Naranjos fields, simply wonderful. My family and I have really enjoyed the pool, which is great for both adults and children, a Having hammocks like it does is a plus. Another point in its favor is that it only takes 10 minutes by car to Peñíscola to go to the beach or whatever you want. Rafael, Sara's father, is very attentive, friendly and pleasant. The first morning we got up there, he had left us a box full of vegetables from his garden on the terrace, DELICIOUS!!! A great gesture on his part. Anyway, if it's possible, next summer we'd like to go back and be able to repeat this great experience we've had. I recommend it 100x100

Very nice welcome from Marc and his wife Olga. The house and the luxury facilities, very well cared for with everything and everything is very clean. 10min drive to Vinaroz, very quiet area to disconnect. Thank you so much for making the stay more enjoyable.

This Villa is simply beautiful! The pool is great! The infrastructure is wonderful! I'll be back next year without hesitation! The hosts are super accommodating! Not to mention Rosa!! A beautiful, kind, welcoming woman who does everything to make us more than good! We had a great vacation here and are sad not to have been able to book longer! Thanks for the vacation!

Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings, the pictures don't do it justice. So peaceful with lovely views of the sea. Loads of space inside and out , the pool was great. The owners/ family were aleays available to help and nothing was too much trouble. We have been coming to Alcossebre for nearly 20 years and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. We will be back.

We had a fantastic stay, the Villa was just a beautiful as the photos, so clean and spacious and decorated in a traditional style which we loved, and very well looked after. Every amenity has been thought of, and the little touches were really appreciated. The highlight is definitely the pool, such a good size, and combined with the seating area and barbecue meant we rarely wanted to leave the Villa! The area was lovely and quiet, with the beach less than a 2 minute walk (as others have said bring beach shoes), a great supermarket just around the corner, as well as a bus stop if you don’t want to drive into the main centre of Vinaròs. First things first: Joris is the perfect host. You can not ask for faster reactions. Any issue we had, any question was immediately taken care of. No question that Joris cares. The spot is amazing. If you are on a motorbike there is no better place maybe even in the world to discover and enjoy the rides. Also quite good weather during winter (besides cold mornings and a few rainy days). Had a shepherd that dropped by with his goats, lovely scenery and amazing sun dawns. Just a good place. As in any spanish spot some dogs are barking at night but nothing major. You definitely need a car (or motorbike) to go shopping or discover the area but this is what this space is made for: off the grid. A few things to be aware of: the house is a piece of art and you have to be ok with being exposed to wildlife. As a couple that knows each other well for years the open house concept feels cool but be aware that there is no door, no rooms, no privacy 😂. Heating was fixed during our stay. Lovely

It's perfect! It has a spectacular garden and an excellent location, the pool is an ideal size, in the afternoon it has shade thanks to the house.

Beautiful villa in a very quiet place. A bit tricky to arrive in the beginning. very comfy and well maintained. The place around has enough services to stay but you need to go by car for sure. The host had very fast communication and we managed well. We will definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and very spacious villa. The facilities are fantastic, especially the pool and the outdoor BBQ, which we really enjoyed. Carlos is a very friendly and responsive host, always available to answer our questions and help us. The place is perfect for a group of 12 people, including children. It is recommended to rent cars to fully enjoy the surroundings. We highly recommend this villa and will gladly return!

The property is well appointed and equipped, clean and an ideal location for the local golf course and local amenities which are a short drive away. Our host was particularly helpful when two of our party fell ill at the end of our trip, allowing us to stay beyond the normal check out time while they recovered.
