We were greeted by Mrs. Maria who was very friendly and came to pick us up at the parking lot. The house is very clean, nice, well-maintained, and perfectly reflects the photos. The place is quiet so you can sleep very well at night. There are air conditioners that are new, clean, and warm up quickly. Pietro is a responsive and friendly host. The only downside is the wifi that's a little weak. But for the rest, everything else is perfect

Nice convenient place esp. if you are looking for a place close to town center and places to socialise and entertain within a walking distance. There where a few city events during the period of our stay [Christmas through New Years] so it became a little noisy but in a positive way. If you are a person that eats out it is a perfect place. If you like us and cook for yourself [due to our food intolerances and allergies] more than eat out than you would not mind Damiano to equip kitchen with a few more convenient things like electric kettle, new frying pans, full size coffee mugs and microwave to quickly heat up your food after full but tiring day of exiting sightseeing. We stayed during Christmas/new year period and the place was really warm and cosy. Hot shower, clean linens, clean place. Whining 10 min distance by car you have absolutely amazing places to explore like the valley of Sant oliva and Monticheli, Esperia, and the Monti Aurunci hiking and mountain bike trails.
