Villa Carla (7+3 posti letto) è composta da 2 camere matrimoniali, 1 camera con il letto a castello, 1 camera singola, 2 bagni con doccia, cucina e soggiorno con divano letto singolo ed un divano con penisola (letto 150 x 180), un giardino molto ampio ed esclusivo, ombreggiato da una pineta secolare, attrezzato con tavolo, ombrellone e sedie per mangiare fuori. Cucina attrezzata con 4 piastre elettriche, forno elettrico e microonde, lavastoviglie, wi-fi. Il mare dista 300m con spiaggia privata.

Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. Sotto la casa, con accesso da delle scale esterne, c'è la mia zona lavanderia che userò nel massimo rispetto dei miei ospiti. La corte esterna è in comune e, nei periodi di alta stagione, ospiterà 2 delle nostre auto.
