Quinta da Vinha is a gem for nature lovers, beautifully located in the valley of Reriz. The birds and the river which is a 5 min. walk from the property, are the most present sounds. We have a 14mx6m swimming pool with salted water (no chlorine), in a 1400 sm garden, with a lot of shade spots and sunny spots, a barbecue and an amazing view. The small cottage is ideal for a romantic escape, one bedroom and a kitchen/living room with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay.

My space is in the Village of Campo Benfeito (Villages of Portugal), in the Serra de Montemuro, with granite houses, pure water sources, historical monuments, lots of nature and, above all, very hospitable people. This is where the Montemuro Theater and the Capuchinhas are based. It is about 20 km from the historic city of Lamego and 30 km from the Douro. A lot of people who visit the PAIVA Walkways come here to stay. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

This property has a strong emotional connection with my mother-in-law "Geninha", as it was here that she spent her childhood and part of her youth. When life took her away from this secluded village in the deep interior of Portugal, she always missed and wanting to do something for her Christmas village. Near the house there are several trails, the Magic Mountains are an excellent business card, and there are several swings with fantastic landscapes. Paiva Walkways and 516 Arouca Bridge are 20 km away.
