place was queit and clean. all the things listed are there. we had a very comfortable stay.

Nice, well-maintained unit with comfy bed and decent pull-out. Located near a shortcut out of the subdivision and across Puregold/Xentro/McDo. Small space but good for resting. AC works well; toilet has bidet; shower has some heating (not adjustable). Minibar present but no free water/coffee. Kitchen has utensils, rice cooker, induction stove; ref is slow to cool. Quiet area, responsive host, allowed late checkout if no other guest (with fee). Cons: Slow, sometimes unstable 30mbps internet. No fan—cooling common areas means overcooling the bedroom. Only one sari-sari store nearby (closed during Holy Week). Grab/FP pin is off by one house. Lots of breakables—not ideal for kids. No TV, so bring a laptop or expect a quiet eat/sleep staycation.

The neighborhood itself is very private, and it is quiet, the host is also responsive with our requests and easy to find location. Everything we needed from bathroom necessity (except toothbrush and toothpaste) to kitchen wares are already there.
