The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The deck is lovely. The hot tub is awesome. We had a great stay! Some good restaurants only about 10 minutes away.

This place was perfect! Peaceful with beautiful surroundings, and the hot tub was the cherry on top! Super clean and felt right at home. We loved it and highly recommend staying here!

This A-frame escape was exactly what I needed — the perfect break from the city. The place is beautifully designed, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches. The jacuzzi was absolutely incredible, especially under the stars at night, and the A-frame structure made the whole stay feel like a peaceful retreat.

The place was secluded. the hot tub was perfect. The basement was real chill to hang out on a snowy icy evening

Gorgeous house, super clean and tidy inside, with comfy and modern furniture. The hot tub was fantastic, make sure you turn off the lights so you can see the stars! The only other heads up I’ll give is that the way to get in is through the back entrance! We tried the front door for like 5 minutes until the electronic lock blocked us from continuing haha. Great location to get away from the city for a weekend and go hiking. Lots of great trails really close by.

We stayed at the cottage this past weekend where it turned into a beautiful winter wonderland! The cottage is immaculate and very well decorated, making it feel like home away from home. It is tucked away in the mountains and couldn’t be more peaceful, truly a perfect place to relax! We would highly recommend Quinn’s place to family and friends for a Catskills weekend escape!

Beautiful location...nice and quiet. 7 or 8 mins to woodstock. Decorated seemingly professionally. All the appointments (convennces) you could ask for.

I enjoyed my stay at Gavin and Alison's house in the Catskills. It was a great place to spend a snowy winter weekend in January with my son and two grandchildren. The house is a short drive from various skiing and winter-sports resorts. We were satisfied with the kitchen and other amenities, played board games, and generally had a relaxing time. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

We loved everything about our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The surrounding nature was beautiful. The hot tub was amazing, especially when it was chilly outside. The fire pit area was perfect for cozy evenings. There were plenty of activities both indoors and outdoors. I highly recommend this house!

My group loved our stay at Alan and Cara’s place for the Sheep & Wool festival. Great space for a large group; we especially loved how comfortable the living room couches were and how there was space for everyone there to gather. The place was immaculately clean. We’d love to come back again!

We had an amazing time at Marybeth’s suite—it truly felt like a winter wonderland. Our kids had a blast "swimming" in the snow and "rolling" over the gentle hills. Every moment was filled with joy, whether we were relaxing in the sunroom, playing in the snow, or swinging outside. The time spent together as a family, along with our conversations with Marybeth and her family, was truly precious. We can’t wait to return in the summer!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was clean, spacious, very warm despite the cold, and had a terrific pool table and air hockey table. Our family relaxed and spent good time together.

We spent three nights at Rich and Sheila's place and it was an amazing getaway. Our apartment was perfect-clean and comfy. We loved the proximity to the creek and the pool was a huge bonus! Rich and Sheila were both responsive and welcoming. We look forward to a return trip.

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at Shawna’s beautiful Cold Spring country-style home. We were in town for a family gathering and accommodations, cleanliness and Shawn’s communication were five star. We absolutely recommend the house and Shawna as a host for you to stay with!

Fern Hallow is a hidden gem! The house is perfect for a group of 6 - feeling private and communal at the same time. The home is close to town, restaurants, hiking, but also perfect for a game night in. Check-in was super easy, as was finding the secluded property. Service is spotty but the wifi works great. The beds were uber comfortable and each room has its own dedicated bathroom which is a big plus for a large group. It was great that our dog was able to join the vacation. She loved the fenced in backyard and the food and water bowls laid out for her arrival. You can tell the home has a ton of personality, I just wish we could have stayed longer. Note, there are several guidelines outlined that you’ll need to comply with to keep this house a home! Enjoy your stay!
