Jedná se o celý byt v rámci několikapodlažního domu. Ubytování je vhodné pro rodinu nebo skupinu přátel. V bytě jsou dvě koupelny a 3x toaleta, což je vhodné ve větším počtu lidí. Ubytování je velmi prostorné a čisté. V koupelnách byly toaletní potřeby zdarma, ručníky, župany a pantofle. Velmi jsme ocenili výtečnou snídani, paní kuchařky neustále doplňovaly stůl. Snídani je možné si sníst s výhledem na město. V neposlední řadě oceňujeme skvělou polohu v centru nedaleko hlavního náměstí a modré mešity. Parkování je možné na ulici před hotelem, ve všední dny dopoledne je ale hodně plno, doporučujeme domluvit parkování předem, hotel má svá parkovací místa.

An excellent hotel in the center. The room had everything as described. We were welcomed at night, and they were very kind. We recommend it!

Заселение прошло отлично, хозяин квартиры очень приятный и интеллигентный человек объяснил бытовые мелочи. Войдя в квартиру было ощущение что мы попали в сказку, все подобрано со вкусом, каждая деталь в интерьере изумительная, мы нашли все необходимое для жилья начиная со столовых наборов заканчивая зонтиками, все благодаря хозяйке, она позаботилась о комфорте и уюте каждого гостя. Месторасположение отличное, все в шаговой доступности, море, супермаркеты, аптеки, рестораны и достопримечательности. Большая просьба гостям относиться к квартире бережнее, видно что в квартиру вложили душу, это надо ценить. Желаю хозяевам квартиры добрых гостей, спасибо вам за гостеприимность. Батуми и ваша квартира останется в наших сердцах, мы к вам вернемся.

Отличный дом, расположен вблизи соснового парка и моря. До базара 10 минут на маршрутке, которая отправляется прямо от дома. Есть свой двор за домом, в котором есть гамаки, обеденные зоны и просто тень и прохлада. В доме чисто, уютно и есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Хозяева дома очень приветливые и заботливые :) отдыхали с маленьким ребенком, очень довольны!

Ika and his mother Nino were absolutely amazing! We went up there to see the gelati monastery but unfortunately it was closed for renovations so we turned our two nights stay into resting and it was the perfect place for that. We chose to have breakfast and dinner there and Nino’s cooking and warm welcome was a delight! Best is to have a car or a driver up there to go around or maybe to ask them the hours the bus passes. We were in the room with the windows to the direct view to the nature and it was amazing! Thank you again for hosting us.

Apartment as described, spacious room, close to public transport, the host is super helpful.

Incredible place, right at the center, everything is extremely close, restaurants, bars, ski lifts, rentals. As a host Gia is also very friendly and proactive, allowed us to check-out late on top of it. can't really imagine a better place to stay at New Gudauri, highly recommended.

The room is clean and the view is amazing, the room was warm during the whole stay, highly recommend spicily during winter. The reception guys were corporative during the stay. This place is highly recommend in bakuriani.

The included breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. In the evening, we had the chance to enjoy a traditional Georgian dinner, featuring authentic homemade dishes that were full of flavor and prepared with care. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations, from the hospitality to the stunning surroundings. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience in Georgia!

Had a great two months stay at Stefano's apartment. I liked that location was in the southern part of the city, where the beaches are considerably cleaner and calmer than in city center. My daily ride to gym to city center was just a short bus trip away. There are also several places nearby where it is possible to eat and hang out. Also several grocery shops next to building. I also liked that the apart hotel had a cafeteria, which served decent food. I would certainly stay here again! Communication with Stefano was also easy.

Хороший апарт-отель для тех кто приехал сюда отдыхать. В 6 минутах ходьбы есть супермаркет. И в 5 минутах на машине можно доехать до горнолыжной трассы.

Was a great stay. Close to the highway so could easily hitchhike from there. Also the host is very friendly and was always offering help.

Арендовали на 7 дней, продлили еще на 7 все отлично, дом стоит своих денег 7 минут от пляжа, 10 минут от Уреки спокойное место всем советую.

Всё понравилось, красивый вид, тихо, очень отзывчивые хозяева, с удовольствием отдохнули

This boutique hotel became our second home in Tbilisi. We loved everything there, from helpful hosts and welcoming guests to location and facilities around. We decided to extend our stay for 1 more month (because weather is perfect over 20 C during October/November) and while being still at the Hotel leaving this review. It's a lovely place without a doubt fulfilled all our wishes. Thank you Tamuna and her family for everything!

Perfect place to relax and watch the sunset on the mountains.

I loved my stay at this apartment. The host was very helpful and friendly. Unit is very modern and space is pretty good. Building has 2 pools and also there are many more pools to go to during the day. The resort is amazing right on the sea.
