The "Little Red Cottage" in Cave Springs

Welcome to the “Little Red Cottage” in Cave Springs. This Historic Farmhouse was completely renovated with the exception of the original wood floors. The decorating is full of color, detail and elegance, and yet the floor-plan is very functional and comfortable. This 1200 square foot cottage sits on 20 acres in the middle of Northwest Arkansas, close to everything. Just 6 miles to XNA, 8 miles to the Walmart Home office, miles to Crystal Bridges , and 17 miles to the University of Arkansas. This cottage is immaculately clean for the most particular travelers. The house is limited to 4 people and has a no pet policy and is a no smoking home. However, smoking is permitted outside on the patios. There are three patio/porch areas to enjoy the great outdoors and don’t be surprised by the resident deer in the yard. The is plenty of room to park horse trailers, bike trailers, and RV’S. Just let us know what your needs are and hopefully we can accommodate them.

We can't wait to be your host at our trailside cottage. Just 2 blocks off historic downtown Rogers and within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, antique stores, hiking/mountain biking trails and the farmer's market. Great location to walk to concerts at the new Butterfield stage downtown Rogers - the Walmart Amp is only 6 miles away (live music). Beaver lake (fishing/boating) is only 10 minutes way. The cottage has high speed internet to accommodate zoom meetings and guests working remotely.

This one bedroom includes a queen bed, with pack-n-play, a queen sofa bed and small futon in the living room which allows 4 adults and 1 child to sleep comfortably. The bedroom (1 queen bed) sleeps 2 people, the twin bed in the living room sleeps 1, and there’s a couch for a 4th person if needed. You’ll have a private, fully loaded kitchen, basic cookware, private laundry, private bathroom, private office and WiFi. Sorry, we cannot allow pets.
