This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

A modern structure within olive trees. When you wake up, there is a great view of the sea where you can see the deep blue view. Don't miss out on this moment, too. 1.5 km to the sea. The last 100 meters of the road to the villa consists of a 20% incline. There is no heating in our pool for the winter season. For your information
