Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Cayuga County

Beautiful lake views. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Clear instructions and communication. Home is older and could use some updating but was very clean with almost everything we needed. We did need to bring our own pack and play etc but we contacted ahead and knew to bring the necessary toddler items which was no problem for our party. Main floor was open and a great gathering space with large dining table. We overall had a pleasant and positive experience and we would stay again.

This was our second stay at Dacha house and I'm certain it won't be our last. Though next year I think I'll have too big of a group for it, I will miss it, as this house means "Cayuga bass fishing adventures" to me. It will be odd getting another place, I'd rather have a smaller group and get this house again. If you stay here you will not regret it! Host is perfect to work with and very accommodating.

Lori's place was perfect for our annual visit to the Finger Lakes. She has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable- the beds are some of the most comfortable we've stayed in. The kitchen is well appointed with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and we were able to make breakfast every morning before heading out to the wineries- there is even a wine cooler for our favorite white wines! The weather was perfect, and we had our coffee on the back deck every morning by the lake, and enjoyed a blazing fire every night! This area offers so much to do and see, and Lori's place is a great location providing waterfront comfort, and close to the wineries and restaurants. We were able to visit Mackenzie Childs, do a free house tour, then shop in the store- highly recommended! We also went to Skaneateles for some fun girls shopping, took the boat tour, and visited Anyelas winery for live music with a beautiful view! Lori's place is perfect for visiting this area, we give it 5 stars!

The Hive was simply perfect for our wedding party. It was huge, had a beautiful kitchen and perfect common spaces. Every single one of our friends said it was the nicest airbnb they have ever stayed in. You could see how much care and attention they put into making this space feel like a home away from home. The cottage in the back was also a simply perfect get away for us with the coolest spiral staircase. If you are looking for a place to stay with your family, wedding party, friends for a wedding or literally anything in the Skaneateles area, I cant recommend this airbnb enough. You are in great hands at the Hive.

Perfect spot for us to stay for our D daughter's graduation in Seneca Falls. Jennifer's place was so close to campus and beautiful spot on the lake. Cute and cozy lake cottage. Everyone had their own room and plenty of space to just hang out. We would have spent more time outside if the weather had held up. Would definitely stay here again.

We chose Casa Esperanza as a place for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving together as my husband had to work away from home. The house and surrounding area are beautiful. Miguelina is the perfect host. She had everything we needed and more from some welcome snacks to beautiful holiday decor. She was helpful and very responsive. My children enjoyed the games available and playing outside. She made this a very special stay for our family and I would recommend everyone considering visiting the Auburn/fingerlakes area choose her Air bnb locations to stay at. Thank you Mickey!

Dave’s lake house was absolutely immaculate and well laid out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and the common areas are nice and open so people cooking in the kitchen can chat with those in the main room. The yard slopes down to a nice lakefront where we caught some impressive walleye and bass without trying very hard. We had a campfire two of the nights and Dave made sure we had plenty of firewood. He lives nearby, which I liked, and was very pleasant and helpful. It exceeded expectations and several local friends who visited were eyeing it for future family get together. I would not recommend this place to groups who want to have loud, late-night outdoor activities. The nearby homes are owner occupied and fairly close together. It was a lovely peaceful and quiet spot.

House was bigger than expected. Pictures do not give you the feel for how much room there is. The main living room has a good amount of space, and there is a sitting room and dinning room between the living room and kitchen. The house is an older style but clean and well stocked with plenty of linens and towels. Bedrooms have good space with one on the first floor and 4 upstairs. Beds are comfy. Ease of parking was a bonus with a whole parking lot to use that could fit at least 7 cars. Location is great for Oswego and being close to downtown as well as the water and parks. Getting in and out was easy and host was responsive. My group would rent it again if going to that area.

We stayed here while visiting for SUNY Oswego Family Weekend. The location was super convenient and made for a perfect "home base" as we came and went over the weekend. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Lorie provided clear, easy to follow instructions for both check in and check out. The price was half of what hotels were charging for the weekend for one room, while we had a lovely home with full kitchen and multiple bedrooms! Highly recommend this one, Thank you Lorie!

perfect location for exploring the Cayuga Wine trail

This is our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time. This time we also had kids with us and the space still felt comfortable. We would definitely recommend.
